An idea just came to me about guild trading... many people want a global action house of sorts and others love the current system. So why not a little of both?
You can make an actual AH, but for the guilds have a current guild trader.
Why would you want that? it would ruin the actual traders!
This is true to some point, but you could counter this with something like the bigger AH having a tax on it. maybe something like 1-5%.
You could implent this with the arrival ofthe Traders Guild. If i remember its called the Gold Coast Trading Co.
A little hard to remember since I am posting from work (lunch break ftw).
You could add a small building or section of the city (kinda what the undaunted have) in each capital for players to use. This system should still give a reason to use the actual guild trader, or the player can choose to pay at a higher price to search all the guild traders at once.
...just a little something that came to me.

Like in skyrim you could hire mercenaries, I liked that, in ESO you could expand this idea by having a hired good that could (with high enough level) attempt to complete a group dungeon alone.
Aside from personal enjoyment (in skyrim I really enjoyed marching through town with summoned creatures and a merc. With that dlc you could summon dragon, he summoned three skeletons, one skeleton could raise a dead creature. Your other summoned creature could raise another. I would have a small army of 7 not including myself. Now that was entertaining.
A non - skyrim inspired idea was guild armor or appearance. Enable a feature where guild leadercacreatur
leaders can create a guild uniform appearance.

water balloon fights sound fun, like a huge epic paintball field and 2 teams that shoot different colors...yes i can see it...
