TOP things the community wants added to GAME

My personal wishlist:

In General:
- A guild database
- 4 new classes (necromancer, shaman, marauder, and bard, for example

)
- More PvE zones that allow for exploration and have repeatable content as well
- A way to change the appearance of an equippable item to that of any other equippable item of the same type (for example, change the appearance of VR 16 Shoes of Trinimac's Valor to that of lv 13 Altmer style shoes; or vice versa).

PvP:
- New capture mechanics for Cyrodiil (keeps have between 3 and 5 flags now, located at various locations within the keep; attackers need to hold the majority for a while to capture the keep; they don't need to stay on top of the flag for the whole duration; the flag switches to their side as soon as they have more people next to it than the defenders and stays on the attackers' side until defenders switch it back).
- Players should be able to use transitus shrines to travel to every farm, mine, and lumbermill their side owns, even when the resource belongs to a castle that is currently under attack.
- However, keeps, outposts, and resources should only be capturable by an alliance that already owns a neighboring keep (or outpost).

I also hope we get Bard, but Ive been thinking it should be more like NPC-guild instead, if they ever add Tamriel's Holidays, thats the place to level up your Entertainer skill tree. Also I think Zen should do group-emotes, I think if they do it, its first in the history of MMORPGs, for example, two-guys can make group-emote together, like one leans and another jump over him, that should be good marketting gimmick too.

- option to change the name of my character
- possibility to be in more player guilds than just 5, that is just ridiculously not enough
- possibility to do more than 30 selling transactions in a guild, that is just ridiculously not enough
- option to change a crown store mount for an another crown store mount (please return the senche leopard and the tiger into crownstore!!!)

Buff and debuff timers.
Proc indicators.
Race change.
Easier leveling for alts or instant vr16 if you already have a vr16, because I hate quest grinding and finding sky shards or 4 characters.

What about having two builds available for your character?

For instance a PVP / PVE build. A lot of Pve abilities (morphs and even abilities) dont have uses in the Pvp environment.

Once you enter PVP you can activate your PVP build. When you exit, you activate your PVE build.

Reroll traits for a fee. I'd pay 50k even 100k to change a trait on my malestrom staff. Who wants defending when I can have attack stuff. Cba to run it again make me pay for it. 100k I'd happily chuck that you ( or just stop being *** and let nirnhoned staves drop in vma and be done with it. I'd grind all day and night for one )

Just a few things:

Classic Elder Scrolls diseases transformed for an MMO.
Skooma crafting with quests and a new dimension to the underground economy.
Simple buffs for Templars to make them better at what they do.
A revised racial passive system that keeps the current theme but adds customization.
An overhaul to the Alliance War that emphasizes choice and strategy and maybe an AP/XP toggle.
Make Cyrodiil bigger to have room for more content (including instanced/partitioned content (like PoW camps) and to make controlling strategic locations more of a challenge.
New PvP achievements (here are a few more) and special rules campaigns beyond just scoring changes.
More dynamic events (an old example can be found here) in PvE and PvP.

Fun and lore-friendly Vamp/Werewolf buffs and debuffs.
Illusion spells that involve emotional manipulation, such as frenzy (see here and over here).

Give better rewards for Cadwell's Silver/Gold: unique motif, unlock faction switch, unlock class morph (gold only), etc. Giving one, two, or all of the three examples would be good. Actually, just make it all three (or something equivalent to each): Silver= faction unlock, unique motif. Gold= faction unlock, class morph. Also unlock new questline in old Alliance zones (has own bullet further down).
A barbershop/battleground combo (would not include faction change if above bullet adopted).
New quests in old Alliance zones building on the choices you made/characters you previously met.
New music/themes for different zones.
Altering the racial style of drop-only set items.
Custom racial/class emotes (other than just racial dances).
Let crown (the group leader) set a combat target (PC or NPC) for the group.
Murkmire. Yeah, I know it's "in the works" but with four vet Argonians it is essential to my more hopeful/completed view of ESO. Which gets into...
More logical/lore-friendly effort when introducing new zones in Alliance territory (here and also here).
More variety in ESO swag.

Meh sorry OP, but most of the things you have mentioned are not wanted or required by me or at least most of the considerable people I know, never mind the fact that most of the player base never come near the forums.

Saying the community wants all these things is massively mistaken.

And children? wtf do I want children in the game, why ? so it lags even more?

I can speak for most if not all of the "community", forum users or not, by saying about game stability before anything else is bolted on to a faulty infrastructure.

Fix the servers/optimise/upgrade etc, then start bolting on commonly wanted bells and whistles.

Id love to see a barber shop/flesh sculptor with added customization options.

Some new classes would also be great as I dont quite feel excited for any of the current ones.

Also - a vanity system. Wouldnt be that hard to make either as most parts are already built into the game. Just use the costume slot for it. Players would take the gear they have, dye it, then go to a crafting station and reforge it into a custume. Maybe even allow the crafted costumes to be sold.

I'm not sure about what forums you've been reading but this is what I have seen: (in no special order)

1 - Housing
2 - Addition of spell crafting
3 - Addition of Jewelry crafting (bringing with it the ability to finally break down all that crap we find!)
4 - Bringing back softcaps
5 - Adding more character slots
6 - Barber shop
7 - New classes; Necromancer and Monk
8 - Making subbing more attractive

13. Stop adding things and instead focus on fixing the lag, loading times and performance issues which plague the pvp in this game.

But from your suggestions I'd say 6 - arena battles because lag isn't a problem in small scale battles so that would be a nice addition.

Great thread. My top wish list:

-Hobby things to do in game aside from combat. ESO is a very fun game for me however I would love to see other things to focus on such as a functional/sandbox housing system (see EQ2, Wildstar, Rift dimensions, etc), card games, better fishing system, collections (EQ2 shinies anyone?), etc. In a game with fun side diversions, it keeps me playing once I reach endgame. I find ESO to be rather lacking in this regard. ESO is my go to questing/immersion game. It could have so much more imo.

-Underwater exploration. Sad that we don't have an underwater areas in this game. With ESO being so exploration focused, breaks my heart to not have underwater areas.

-Not sure if I like the Caldwell's silver/gold system. My main (v12) is still working her way through the questline....ONCE. After that, I will find alternative means to level I think.

-Ability to change factions. Rolled up a character in another faction and wish that I didn't. Too high at crafting so I don't want to delete her.

- Much better auction house. I'm okay at making money in game, belong to 5 trading guilds, have addons, etc. The ingame auction house really could use an overhaul. Clumsy to use. Oh, and perhaps let us list more items. 30 is rather limiting.

-Better subscribing incentives. Where are our gathering bags I read about? I'm fairly happy being a subscriber but it would be nice to have a bit more.

whats the problem with vet levels? all you want to do is gank in cyrodiil at max level already with your new alt? there is way too much exp to be obtained from everyquest and veteran rank 24 wouldnt be enough to gather all that exp. its how the game was designed. based on story.. ppl asking for its removal wants an easy option to make new alt in new faction or whatever and reach the maximum level ASAP, and absolutely NOTHING else

Remove vet levels? Only the Eso Community is able to desire this stupidity....other gaming communities want a level increase, and here, want to be decreased....OMFG......

And....NPC Children? seriously? this game needs a ton of improvements and the top five is that?

Chat text in console? only if can be disabled..... I don't want to see how people insults each other...
