Vaermina's Playground (Dueling, Race/Class/Appearance/Alliance Change)

I don't particularly care about dueling or changing race/class/alliance/etc, but, many do, so here's an idea for your consideration.

A mini-zone called Vaermina's Playground, something like a really large public dungeon, that is a pocket of Oblivion controlled by the Mistress of Nightmares herself. Everything is trippy and twisted, and you "forget" who you are. Each Alliance would have areas where they can try to remember, and in doing so could alter their appearance, race, class and even Alliance. Outside of those safe zones is a multi-level PvP battleground. Want to try out changes (which would be available with such an update)? Come here and see how your character would play with the changes you want before you use a token to make it permanent. Want to duel your friends? Do an Alliance change while there and have at it.

All of this would be temporary as you would still be "you" when you wake up. But there could be a system involving crowns, gold, questing, or some combination of such things to make the change permanent. Of course if it is a DLC then you've paid the crowns but it might be worth it to make it hard to do: have a limit of how often/how many times a character could change, or involve some investment of time or degradation of skill or something. The game would store your last "dream self" should you want to make the changes permanent.
