@Zypheran - Best time to visit is midday to late evening, early morning light is being blocked by the mountain and it tends to snow then ^^

@Sotha_Sil - Indeed, Pariah's Pinnacle has many great spots, but I really love to look at how the sun travels on that side and sets behind the mountain range. There was only one way for me to go

@Chryseia Thank you! I obviously tried to re-create nature here. Lots of questions like "how would that tree grow in this environment" were asked, some answered. I think that's where balance and beauty came from, though it's just an attempt on copying the ultimate master

You all should collaborate on something at some point, I can't even imagine what you could do as a team -- maybe with a Portal-to-Portal series of homes...? Just an idea.

But as for this build -- once again, amazing. I just visited it and it was breath taking. (Thank you for sharing the FX btw!) It feels like a Pandora-esque twist on something that could meld in easily with Pandaria from WoW.

Never played WoW, but the inspiration was probably very similar: pristine and picturesque landscape of Japan and China. Sakura in winter. This house was based mostly on pieces of emotional and aesthetic impressions I brought from my travels to Asia.
All my houses are really personal in a way and connected to things I find fascinating, be it atomic fusion or blood

I had a feeling you were really familiar with the cultural style and it showed.

They are a blend of short alinor walls and semi-transparent fx (inside and outside). The only reason behind using fx was lack of anything similar in game. And murkmire reed structures just ruin the effect. Tested.

Japanese curved bridges would be too literal, especially that I've set everything on floating islands, so made this instead Plus they allow for easy change of perspective.
