It took about a month of tinkering and testing to get it polished. Plus three sleepless nights and a strained hand (basic animation of the rotating "core" is 2k+ frames).
It's actually not FX heavy, there are about 70 visual effects (mostly: energy beam, converging; water, coldharbour; meridia's light; fearie dust and one single use of sonar rings). I use FX as spice: I like them, but can't share the animations done on FX (your friends/guests cannot see them), so I prefer working with real furniture.

Thank you! I feel a little bit humbled as it's Essential Housing Tools that allows me to create all this. It changed the way I look at furniture and houses in general. They are no longer static. There is literally no limit... but my imagination and item count

I wish I could give you more awesomes Bayushi, this is so fantastic, the mechanism at the end just blew my mind. I love the CWC house and what you've build is absolutely brilliant, I'd just stand there at night-time and admire it
