Imperial City event 2018

Now that the event has few hours left to go, lets recap how it was this year.
Mine was actually really great. Less lag, less game breaking bugs encountered while roaming city and sewers, some reasonable PVP fights too and I ended up farming close to 3mil TV. Also I spent most of the time in different servers farming IC bosses and players alike and it was evident that the number of players who turned out for the event is drastically less than what we used to see in previous years. I wonder what are the reasons behind that.
Anyway, how was the event for you and how much Tel Var did you manage to farm?

ic otoh has nothing intresting besides hakeijo, but with telly stones being as inflated as they r and the option to donate my stones to some ganker, its just a huge waste of time even when not getting ganked. esp during an event, when there r actually ppl in there and chances to get zerged or ganked r skyhigh.
not a hardcore pver at all, i just prefer to not be a feeder.0 -

✭✭Obligatory "other" optionI took advantage of the new campaigns do do the PVE content in Cyrodiil on my main character. Only one campaign had the Dominion take control of the map so I played on that one, D'Albei I think.
I did every quest (1 cannot be finished due to a bug), got every skyshard, cleared every delve, all dolmens, and I managed to do the Imperial City questline, kill Molag Bal and get all the skyshards there. Ended up with 50k Tel Var. Now I never have to enter a PVP land ever again.

I don't like PvP. Too bad. I would have liked the quest line over there. Maybe someday they will care about all their subscribers and not exclude people who don't want to PvP. In this respect, I really liked a competitor's game. You went to enemy territory, you got treated like an enemy. Otherwise, PvP was on a "flagged" basis. ✭✭Less than 500k TVMade about 250k tel var and about 1 mill in gold selling skins and scamps spent about 150k tel var on getting those 3 polymorphs in the Superb Imperial Satchel things and 50k tel var in alchemy bags and saved the other 50k or so tel var
The event was great had lots of fun at Molag Bal finally got the Soul Shriven Skin and Scamp pet after like 3 years I was so happy.Xbox One - NA GT: RebornV3x

I haven't used agility, endurance, or will power for a very long time...in large part due to the fact I've never acquired arena/trial weapons...I picked up a complete set + of spc gear with keys
tel var and the "skin" still have some value as a currency though...alchemy reagents, haijekos(?) runes, certain niche sets, xivkyn pymorphs...
it is an event...when else can really go and have it that full and alive...midyear-mayhem maybe...
to be honest though - I haven't really seen to many large AvAvA fights this year...Didn't participate. I hate that sh*t hole and no reward will convince me to go back there.

I'd guess you're among the minority of the player base...
I ended up using 'sub' crowns to buy boxes
..all seven...broke down and bought crowns for the transmute station
gone though 60 of those superior tel var boxes...only one of the polymorphs so far...

PVP is broken in so many ways, performance and balance issues are all over the place.
This was my protest against the policy of not allocating enough resources for fixing PVP.
I'm pretty sure that if PVP was ZOS main focus, most PVP issues would have been fixed in one update.
