Addon: Port to Friend's House

Hi guys

I've released a new addon a few days ago, which lets you port to arbitrary houses.
Here's the description I've posted on esoui:

This addon let's you specify the name and house where you wan to port to.

Of course you still require the rights to enter a house, but with this addon, you can port to any house at any time. This allows you to visit secondary residences of other players at any time.

The addon can be used in two ways:
1) you can configure a keybinding to open the "Port to Friend's House" window or
2) you can use the command line.

Furthermore, you can define keybindings for up to 10 favorites.

The following commands are supported:
/ptf open -> opens the "Port to Friend's House" window
/ptf show -> displays all house IDs and their corresponding house names
/ptf port <player> <ID> -> this command let's you directly port to the specified house
/ptf fav <ID> -> Port to favorite <ID>

Khajiit is most pleased with this!

This one she enjoys calling in on friends at all their homes - even the secret ones.

And for this one it means her friends can use the tavern and also visit Castle Claws.

Also she is glad to hear about the changes in 1.4. Remembering how to spell names is sometimes hard yes - the strange names some travellers they choose ...

It's a beach party. That is not nudity but tasteful swimwear yes.

Shockingly neat. Of course there's not enough brainbleach in the world to forget what I say when I was derping around and ported to a guildmate's starter home instead of their primary residence. But, still. Neat.

At least they've provided the necassry API calls.

(Still they could add more to improve the user experience)
