DayraK is going to have a lot of work today... This thread is exploding.
I feel sorry for the Mods in this game, but seriously, we have exploiters coming to their forums to admit they exploit and are proud of it...
How can we keep any faith on ZOS if they do nothing about this or change their positions on what is considered cheating in this game?
A measure of Zenimax's care for this matter? They moved this thread...
https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/277040/how-do-you-allow-an-emperor-to-exploit-into-keeps-like-this/p1
...to the Alliance War page so it would get zero visibility and attention and they didn't even bother to comment on it.
@ZOS_GinaBruno (welcome back Gina! Sorry about this)

SHAME ON YOU!
You're just another filthy exploiting cheater attempting to justify their behavior while ignoring the rules and statements of the game's developers and representatives. Get out of our game and our forums. We don't want your kind anywhere near the game we love.LastAmbushOnEarth wrote: »@XDragonDoomX i asked about real proof, not this

Thanks!
Any chance you can tell people what "cheating" is in more detail? It seems to be a grey area in certain corners of the game.

Not very permanent when someone with an impossibly high vMA score gets unbanned.
UltimaJoe777 wrote: »Brightxdawn wrote: »People are still cheating and using hacks in cyrodiil. The people that were banned and let back in game are still cheating. Why the fu#@ are you "ZOStudios" letting these people back?
Just curious but what proof do you have people are cheating?
I thought the point was that most people use lower levels of the CE so that they're not as noticeable. The only people who have been noticeable of abuse were those that turned it up to 11.
People kind of gave up providing proof due to lack of faith in Zenimax handling the situation. We just want Zenimax to actually jump into their game and see these people cheating and exploiting is all.

yes, i agree with this
speedhack destroying game atmosphere
too big damage or endless ultimate from CE destroying it also
but not a magic jump, on the same distance like in tooltip of the skill, but just in other direction(on the wall)
i prooved why
if you not getting it - you have serious problems with logic

We are working on making some tweaks to certain gap closers that players are using to bypass core keep capture mechanics. It is not intended that gap closers be used to enter keeps without downing doors and/or walls, or enter areas you otherwise would not be able to without exploiting (below Dolmens, under water, etc.) While we are aware that players are using certain gap closers to do exactly these things, we do considered this behavior an exploit.
If you see another player exploiting in this manner, you can send us videos or other evidence by submitting a customer support ticket, by sending them to anyone on the Community or Moderation team here on the forums, or emailing us at community@elderscrollsonline.com.
Thank you!

We're sending the specific scenario you're referring to over to our Terms of Service team to investigate.

People openly brag about things like this in Cyrodiil zone chat, and have for the longest time. And I still see people who openly brag about cheating/exploiting playing. Hence why I (and many others) have kind of given up on Cyrodiil. When you see the same people doing the same things over and over again...As soon as y'all sat down at your desks this morning someone should have printed a hard copy, hand carried it to person in charge is Enforcement, and waited while they pressed the permaban button so you could report that back to us here.
Y'all show ZERO sense of urgency when it comes to cheating and exploiting. None. Nada. Zilch.

Apparently your discussion of legal action isn't all that absurd.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-36713061 Blizzard are doing that right now. Not sure if this is where the debate stemmed from or just a coincidence, sorry if I missed the talk of this already.

Interesting, but I wonder if Blizzard (and ZOS) would not have a better case against the players using the "cheat tools". After all, it is the user that is violating a contractual agreement with Blizzard by using the "cheat tool". Breach of Contract often comes with financial recompense.
