It's an item-related issue introduced with this patch that we need to address.

We're not asking for a specific time just an idea of if we need to make other plans eg: go ahead and do my grocery shopping I was putting off until tomorrow)

ummmm obviously the next question would be... What item-related issue? Poison of Apocalypse? infinite Golds from the OP prosperous trait? Instant ults from Decisive trait? it had to be something pretty extreme for you to bring down the server this quickly...

What's the issue? The servers are down, and I'm assuming not being brought up until the issue is fixed. What's the harm in informing the super patient customers?

Bad idea if it's something exploitable, since things in this game usually take 4-5 tries to patch before it's fixed.

Go get your groceries - it will take longer than that, I guess.
