    I guess that's the reason I'm stuck at character load.
    Perhaps they prefer to not let anyone log before the shut down :/
    It was too good to be true to begin with, just 4 and half hours patch maintenance, something must have gone wrong.

    Overall this patch is awesome - so if something is not right, let them do their work and take their time to fix it properly. I am impressed with the progress the game made so far - and am in good mood, that they will fix the issue, whatever it is.

    There are always issues that cannot be addresses with the use of the PTS. Also, not all errors will always be reported during PTS phase.

    It's possible that it's something that could not have been tested on the PTS. When people don't play the PTS, then it's useless.

    Or, I suppose, it might have been reported, and they didn't fix it. But if this is something they're bringing the servers down for, I doubt it.

    You can assume that it is something critical, otherwise they would not shut it down at such short notice - so I would consider this an issue, which will take a couple of hours until the servers will be back - my guess though, does not have to be true.
