Server going down in 15 minutes?

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom Since this patch... my level indicator and experience bar is no longer showing in the top left hand corner. Is there a way to bring that back? I hate having to go into character menu to see how much my CP bar has moved.

We don't have a comprehensive list to check against due to the nature of the issue, but it's possible. We encourage you to check, and if you do believe something is missing, contact our Support team (from in-game though) and they will check your logs.

Now if you would tell us, how to exactly do that from inside the game, this would be nice.

@Lysette Click F1 and in the top right corner select the icon that looks like a person with a headset and click "ask for help". Or, type /help

Thank you, I seem not to be effected, my items are all ok and show the correct item quality - but good to know, how to get support if required.

This issue only impacted equippable items, for what it's worth. Not anything that would go in the Craft Bag.

Are these only dropped items, or are crafted items affected?

I have a crafted training greatsword that I have in my Templar's inventory for leveling the skill line during quest turn-ins. This item is missing. Not a big deal, since it was a simple crafted item, but I thought I'd throw this out there in case people are curious. (I did submit a ticket, 160531-003713.)

Having read the patch notes I'm left speechless . how in God's name did something so bad get past your internal QA AND umpteen days on PTS?

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom I am sorry to bother you, but what happens if i don't exactly remember all the items i had in my bank and inventory? I have tons of elite gear including maelstrom weapons in different traits that i was keeping for my possible alternative characters.
Though there might not be a better reactive solutions than studying logs case by case, but it should also be server-wide later on, when the most dramatic cases are solved.

Well, purple-quality gear--both crafted gear and dropped BoP gear--can be affected too.

Example 1: I have a character who had two low-level monster helms in his bag: one Blood Spawn, one Bogdan. Now he just has the Blood Spawn, and the Bogdan helm is missing and nowhere to be found. (160601-001023)

Example 2: I have a mule that holds various monster set items, Master weapons, and Maelstrom weapons. Before the update, his bag had 199 items. Now his bag has just 197 items. I did not accidentally decon or vendor this item before the patch because I had saved the item in a Dressing Room addon preset and thus it was marked in my inventory bag, to prevent such losses. (160531-003713)

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom That's three cases of loss on three of my characters. There may be more, but I have a ton of items and I never did a comprehensive out-of-the-game inventory of what I had, so I frankly don't know if anything else is missing and if so, what they are. I strongly urge that you reconsider handling this on a case-by-case only-if-the-user-reports basis and instead have some sort of automated system to comb the game logs and find cases of items that were lost as a result of this bug.
