Last night I waited over an hour to spwawwn a harrowstorm...I was bored to wait more so I quit the game and gone to sleep.
Why the respawn time is so big?
What's the point to have so many harrowstorms if they spawn probably on time per day?
I was glad to see so many harrowstorms but when I saw these awful spawn rates ....
ZOS must fixed them and make them to have the same spawn rate like a dolmen or geyser.
Its boring to w8 over an hour and no spawn .

Harrowstorms are, by nature, chaotic events and the forces controlling them are not as predictable as one might think. If a Harrowstorm has not shown up at a designated location recently, it may behoove you to seek them elsewhere.
In short, Harrowstorms are more random than say... Dark Anchors. They are not a set pattern and there is no guarantee that not seeing one at a specific location for any given time will result in it showing up soon.

Also, if a Harrowstorm is up, it needs to be defeated before a storm at another site will spin up, which is the same as Dark Anchors and other world events.

why must ALL dailies be trivialised as far as some notion of time constraint just to please the quick fix brigade, when the extra time it takes could be accounted for by a marginally higher drop-rate chance for said motifs, thus giving relative parity.

In an mmo with scores of dailies to do and even more rewards and motifs for completionists to collect, playing a game shouldn't become a full time job in order to get the things you want. Dailies should be able to be done in a reasonable amount of time, and the respawn rate of world events like Harrowstorms should be in line with others like dark anchors, abysmal geysers, and dragons. Especially with as many as there are between Western Skyrim and Blackreach. Do people have to do them? No. But that is still no reason to expect anyone to take an hour or more to complete one daily quest.
yes its an MMO with scores of dailies, but as I said not all dailies should be tailored to the quick fix brigade, and NO they don't need to be exactly in-line with dark anchors, abysmal geysers, and dragons as far as time or order predictability.

The same, except for the World Event that has been on everyone's mind the past year... Elsweyr dragons. All five dragons could be up at once between the two zones.
Also, dragons show up on the map window when they're active.
And dragons have two map icons, one for "more than 50% health" and one for "less than 50% health", so you can judge if it's worth wayshrining and running across the zone to them. (With multiple mobs at a harrowstorm this might be less easy to calculate... use the total witch pike health, or just the number of witch pikes still standing?)
Anyway, the harrowstorms have none of that map information, and can't be up all at once like the dragons. A huge step backwards in player-friendliness.
