Also why only nerf sorc and LA shields and leave healing ward?
Hmmh... while you can now weave & use weapon skills with the new overload, it still doesn't care for passives of that weapon it seems.
A bit disappointing to see all those Hawk Eye stacks disappear after you activate Overload on bow bar for example.
I think this should be changed to make it useful in wider variety of builds, as sacrificing a +25% damage modifier (that also applied to normal bow attacks) for bow skills isn't really worth the extra 3k'ish damage with Overload Light Attacks.
I have just cancelled my subscription. This is my feedback.
To compensate for the 1 second ward cast time, ZOS should accordingly increase the lag in pvp.

Dark Exchange: This ability and its morphs now restore half their resources immediately, and the other half over 20 seconds. Total resources restored has been increased by approximately 2%. The Health restored remains unchanged.

Speaking for PvP atleast, it seems like ZOS does not understand a simple concept - Classes are what they are, unfair and optimum for certain playstyles/situations. Every one of us has been killed by every other class on any toon. There is no class which I can say completely dominates me in PvP. I get killed equally by all. I kill all equally (depending on MY toon, not theirs).
Nerfing everything just because it is doing what it was originally intended to do is not the solution. Life is unfair. Some classes will perform better than others in PvP and those same classes will have a class they will dread.
Wish they would improve the stability of the game, deal with bugs instead of trying to "fix” classes for ffs ...
The way they are headed they will soon have the same abilities on every class with a different name and different animation.

Oh thank you, I'm so pleased. Not only will I have a delay in shielding myself when fighting bosses, but I'll also not be able to heal myself as effectively. Great, just great.
