There was really no room for messing with EP without losing like half the map, it took every basically every group pushing AD to even get that dethrone at Roe to happen.

The fight at Roe was only 2 bars AD against 1 bar each EP & DC. It was 3-1 at around 9cst. No idea where/when this came from.
But, that aside, it was an epic fight, with no AD groups in comms, or even well-organized.

I only main AD, so I'm not privy to the conversations in either zone or privately, but I'd love to catch a glimpse of Betsy's conversations on both EP and DC, as she hopped back and forth attacking AD.
And although I found it peculiar that 2 DC and EP Shor guilds logged into Sotha at exactly the same time and pushed down simultaneously, eventually meeting at Roe and dethroning (which SURELY included no wheeling and dealing)...
I rather enjoyed the final battle at Roe, holding off EP and DC as long as AD did. I'm sure the O tick for the DC zerg was amazingly large. And props to the small groups of EP that rushed in; that was some balsy play.
Prime Time Saturday night. You log on to find AD have Emp and are pop locked again. Do you:
a) Take the fight to AD, so that your faction and the other faction force AD to fight on two fronts, allowing all three factions to get some decent fights.
or
b) Do you sacrifice the 2 Emp keeps, 3 Tri-Keeps, and 2 scrolls you currently hold, in order for you and pretty much the whole of your faction to spend the evening gate camping the Non-AD faction, making it pretty much impossible for anyone to get decent fights.
Apparently if you are EP, you pick option b)...
As if this campaign wasn't borked enough already.
Interesting, a few hours before your experience EP were pushing Roe for a de-emp only for DC to push EPs tri keeps. Maybe, your screen shot is simply a case of some vengeance being served coldly.
Its more of a challenge to run run full pvp raids with people who are new and dont have pvp gear or the right morphs . Or health pools who with one VD will kill an entire raid than to run an elite small man and kill pve rs... who are trying to solo. Why dont you run pug groups and teach new pvp players how to pvp and play the map instead of crying about getting killed by an organized group, with more than 3 /4 of that group being what I described above.... way more of a challenge.

I didnt know what had happened before. When I logged on only Chal was blue and everyone was screaming in Zone chat to leave EP alone.
But here's the thing...Its more of a challenge to run run full pvp raids with people who are new and dont have pvp gear or the right morphs . Who exactly do you think your group was steam rolling last night? It isn't the 'elite' small man groups you're complaining about who are affected by gate camping or who have to deal with getting the tri-keeps back. They dont give a damn. It's not the players who pushed your keeps that were affected by it as they were most likely long gone. It's the new players and pugs you talk about that are affected by it the most and players who weren't even on when the 'crime' you are so agrieved by happened.
So your notion of retaliation/vengeance is not only misguided but gives you zero moral high ground to stand on. Guess what happens next? Those same people you have a problem with will get the DC newbies and pugs rilled up with tales of 'remember what EP did to you' and use that righteous outrage to no doubt try to do similar back to you, all in the name of 'dishing out punishmen to EP'. And they will feel just as justified and morraly 'right' in their actions as you did. And so it goes on, until another campaign dies.

Well if that's the case; golly, you sure showed DC!
EP gave up every piece of territory to get vengeance on players who had no doubt logged off long before this went down (and will must likely never know that it happened). Great move there.

If the above is mentioned or said, I would expect you or any one else to add on to it. Explain why we did it. Also Let them know that doing such will get them gate camped AGAIN for HOURS by EP. Like I said that was 16 to 20 of us.
Glad to see covenant and pact working together to bring much needed balance to the sotha Sil campaign!
