I bought Imperial Edition from Amazon, and i guess i have to wait for the "official" game code from Amazon so i can then setup the paying method, even though i should have 30 days for free.

How ever I will agree this is pretty bad. It may be standard in the industry, to force you to set up a subscription plan before you can play, even free time, but should it be?
To me it seems like cash grab, in the hopes that a few people, who do not wish to keep playing, forget to cancel their subscription and then get billed.
The only reason I can see for this, is to confirm that the people playing the game are actually of age, or have parental consent, since it is a M rated game.

SivBarkudaSoul ShrivenThis is not acceptable. I expect to be notified if I need to have something set up before I can continue to play, then I expect to be able to access the site to do this. Neither of those things happened.
What happened was, I got booted mid-conversation with an NPC and when I tried to relog the error messages led me to believe I had been hacked. I've already lost over an hour of game time and don't know when I'll be able to log back into the game.

You should have another seperate key. From Amazon I had several, one for pre access, one for explorer package and one for imperial edition. Dunno how your reseller managed that...

Rakshasa79Soul ShrivenOk I've fixed this for me and it may help some people. I was on the early access and got booted today from game. Trying to log back in game got the error message invalid details.....
Log in account (wait in queue)
No subscription details in my account
Go to redeem code
Enter ALL my codes I got from Green Man Gaming (Originally I had only entered my early access key and not the separate game key or explorer key)
Once the game key has been entered the subscription option will automatically come up. Once you've completed this and saved you can log in game as normal.0 -

Wrong. You sign up on other subscription-based MMOs that offer free time, enjoy your free time, and subscribe at a time of your own choosing. This is not standard practice.0 -

So yeah, this link worked for me. However, it brings up the message, "In order to set up a subscription, you must first own the game. Please visit the store to purchase the game or enter a Retail Product Key Code."
Um, yeah, about that...I preordered the physical Imperial Edition from Best Buy online a couple months ago. Because I like physical collector's edition goodies. I'll spare you the details of my fiasco with Best Buy and my post office, but suffice it to say: I do not have my physical copy of the game yet. So therefore, I do not have my Retail Product Key Code.
So basically, I'm boned, and heads up: so is anyone else who bought but hasn't received their physical game copy yet.
