Got another one. Fourth time in the same delve to get my AP Buff. Three times fast, fourth time long. After 10 minutes waiting I shot it down via Task Manager! So many game breaking bugs and no improvement ;/

I had an extremely long loading screen yesterday on the loadcreen from the delve(Cath Bedraud?)
to Angof the gravesinge's sanctuary in Glenumbra

1x I force quit & restarted the game,the second time i let the game run in the background and after
4 or so minutes jumping in out,reading this forum a bit while it was loading,I was finally loaded into Angof gravesinger's sanctuary

Later the evening I did had very long load screens on dungeons too from mournhold to dungeon (with full guild group)
But i tabbed out of the game and I don't know if this helps ,but it seems to help to let it run in the
background.Or maybe it was just luck.

Few weeks ago,I also went to wayrest sewer dungeon through the group finder (but with full guild group)
we all landed on an eternal loading screen,everyone had a disconnect from the game then.
This happened twice.Not in a row but over a few weeks and the other time it wasn't this specific dungeon
but can't remember exactly since I run so many dungeons.(think the other time it was Volenfell)

Maybe zone population also has an impact on load time. I went from Glenumbra to Mournhold wayshrine to pickup pledges
and that load took forever(but it did load eventually)
When I went back to an outpost near Cath Bedraud(lionguard redoubt wayshrine) ,the load was almost instant though.

The few times everyone in my guildgroup had an infinite loadscreen on loading into dungeon (using the finder which is certainly not working as it should in many cases lately)
& everyone in our group disconnected when i logged on agian
makes me suspect that its partly a server issue.Otherwise it would only affect me in the group if it wasn't?

Also few times 1 person in our group had the infinite load screen with disconnect as result.In rare situations it boots everyone.

What I forgot to mention,most of the times when infinite loadscreeen happens,it has a moveable cursor.So when I see a movable cursor,I know its likely I won't load in succesfully

Once this month I also experienced an infinite character load request ,with boot to login page at the end.
I know group finder is likely another issue ,but sometimes after accepting a group invite there is also a delay & it says "failed to join group" while shortly after you do join the group.Maybe the 2 problems are related with the ready checks always telling someone isn't ready at 29 secs even when everyone has accepted,there might also be something that cancels/pulls you out the zoneloadin process & thats why the movable cursor appear during loadtime?
I will try to pay more close attention to it next time it happens. I think a slight change in saturation of load screen is noticable too when cursor appears. Las 2 times tabbing out the game reading the forum a bit while having the infinite load screen seemed to have helped.But maybe that was pure luck.I'll keep ye up to date if it happens again and if tabbing out still causes it to load eventually or not.

Also another odd thing.Sometimes i can tab out of the game ,other times i can only force it by using crtl alt delete & task manager.I found another way to be pulled out of the game when tab is not possibe,activating the function key

I get this intermittently. It can be anything from wayshrine travel to just going inside a building. I've noticed it seems to happen more toward the end of a questline, entering the boss lair (so to speak), which is odd because the ones I've seen so far are only small areas. But it can happen any time.

Edite to add: these always load eventually. Never had an endless one, but some take 10 mins+.

PC EU, have gone from 5-10 second loading screens for entering a house to..infinite ones 50% of the time..since wolfhunter launched, any housing...mine or my friends....and yes, I know they are infinite due to the fact that I have left them running 4 times...and each time I waited well over an hour before calling it off

Might be a latency issue.
Friends have reported a delay on switching armor pieces too
And earlier today I looted a chest and 20 second later the sound of the chest opening triggered,while I had long moved on .

Also experienced few second screen freezes during combat.
Not sure whether those can possibly be related with the infinite load screens or not.But performance has been worse than usual past few days Another friend reported ping of +999 too one moment.
Lets hope the maintenance of 3 september will improve things

Seriously - loading screens of 4 to 5 minutes !!! Currently sitting on the Shrine of Mauloch loading screen 3 minutes and counting!
PC I7-8700 3.2 GH, GTX 970 & and game on SSD drive - come on loading screens should be instant! Seriously unimpressed. Still waiting - this is killing all fun.

Sooo any updates yet for a fix since this is from November of 2017?

I just had a long loading screen (10 mins almost exactly).

I was entering the solo instance of Ragnthar in the Fighters guild quest 'Prooving the Deed'.
When I understood that this was going to take a long time I opened Task Manager in Windows (10) and had the Performance tab open.
I could see that both my HDD/SSD where at 0% usage and the GPU at 30%.
The network usage was low, a few spikes now and then. (anything from 10 to 60 sec intervals).
Nothing else happen until 10 mins had past. (coincident?)

All of my long loading screens had happen when I have entered solo instances. I have gotten about 5 LLS during the months I have been playing ESO.

I remember that one solo instance have caused two LLS.. but I cant remember the name of the quest.
The goal was to rescue a woman held in place by two spider queens who where trying to open a portal to Artaeum using the woman's powers... or something like that. I think it was a Summerset quest.

Some parts of my system is old.
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 from 2008.
GPU. Geforce GTX 950 from 2016.
Windows 10 on SSD and Steam on HDD. (probably going to get another SSD for Steam).

Btw, I have also noticed that I get about 90% GPU usage when I'm switching character. It's at the screen *Requesting character load..'. When I play ESO my GPU is about 30-40% usage.
You might want to optimize that loading screen..

Really, when are you going to put out more than 2 days Hamster food in a week?

I am currently on a long loading screen in Craglorn. I left the spellscar place or whatever it is called after you collect shards. Now I am stuck in a long loading screen.

I am on NA Xbox One and my game is installed on the internal drive. HELP!

Thizzrini Arena, waited for over 15 minutes. Closed and opened the game and the loading screen is almost instant. I get these infinite loading screens a couple of times a week. Reading it's been going on for over a year surely is demotivating for a new player.

Since Murkmire dropped I'm getting long loading screens and often have to log out of the game to switch characters.

Since the release of the new DLC long load screens are more frequent and last a lot longer. Several times I have been in a load screen and got the message Unable to Connect to Server Check your Connection. ZOS my connection was just fine.
