Given the populations, I surprised that 'Team Purple' didn't form.

    I wasn't.

I do enjoy fighting Tertiary Meat from time to time, but I avoid them majority of the time because it is just another destro ult train. As stated before, if I wanted to experience that form of gameplay, I would go play on Trueflame.

Anytime I see Lord Micah or Komodo Dragon I am hesitant to engage because I am not going to enjoy the fight at all. It's going to be about who has more people or who has more ults coordinated.

Negate is a hard counter to that playstyle. In between Ultimates, the destro trains rely heavily on their healing/mobility to train around.

Negate- encase/talons spam will work and have a templar healer spam dark flare for the group debuff or use meatbags (oil catapults for the stam drain/ snare).

Time it the same they time that destro ulti and GG everytime.

But most DC sorcs don't run negate in open world, sadly.

LoDG is limited on Sorcs and none of them regularly play. I think we have 1 Sorc who comes in once or twice a week currently...

That's why my buddy Rinaldo runs negate on his bars. If we see a group having trouble, we can time it's drop to help the pugs/groups out.

Gotta invest in those magicka bums ;)

You act like destro is the big bad wolf. Before destro it was meteor that could be exploited on stairs for additional fall damage. Before that it was proxy det steel tornado spam with a little bombard spam for the lol's of it. Before that it was bats and impulse spam. Before that it was standard and talons spam.

No, zerging is a part of the game, it's not a bad thing. Im not upset at TM, just thought they'd wanna dethrone last night, not push DC in. They had the numbers to do so, not us

I think it's an organization issue after talking to a friend of mine last night. DC players don't really have organized guilds with voice comms etc like AD and EP do. A well organized group like ours that has 10-12 people can easily wipe 24 or more opponents that aren't really communicating and aren't working together. You do have some smaller organized groups but I get the impression that the rest of the faction isn't privy to their goals or thought processes. We (TM) don't really lead the pugs either though sometimes we make suggestions. Like it happens with Fengrush's group they kind of just follow to wherever we are.

I completely understand, if random players see a INSERT GUILD NAME here doing something, they naturally follow them. DC population in general is just low on Azuras, I dont think I've seen us poplocked this week at all, but I could be wrong

I can't speak for DC, but which AD group/guild left Azura's? Go ahead... feel free to name groups.

Because, if you're referring to TD, I don't know much about them, but they've only been in AZ for about 10 days? Maybe 2 weeks? But, even if they're not any game-changers, they're still active in zone and in assaults. Certainly not "gone."

As for RoB, we split up for a night; 1/2 went to TF and the rest of us did small group.

And I doubt TM is leaving AS.

So, which group are you talking about...?

...LoDG didn't push you off the ram, I watched Josh kill your guys and then he went and pushed on us and died.

After that, AD was bent on attacking only DC at BRK

Hell, out of everyone at BRK, LoDG's members were the only DC shooting siege at the inner, so we weren't available to kill any AD on some ram.

I won't hold it against you cause your memory is apparently flawed. I got pushed off ram, didn't die.

The EP were poking our other side the whole time, it was not until you and vastly superior DC numbers started dropping the pugs near the ram that we bailed.

You record everything you do for your twitch right? That will demonstrate clearly what happened.

I remember that situation very clearly. There were 4 AD on ram, you were chasing EP on the east side of the keep, Josh came out of the door, killed the 4. You ran back to the porch as they all died. Josh ran to the west to engage DC, he died. At that point, I saw you reviving your dead. We told our people to leave you alone in hopes you would take first flag, we take 2nd, and then 1 or the other would capture the keep for dethrone.

90% of that guild is full of trash pugs that build themselves around hitting 1 ULT, 1 heal, or 1 root.

Please enlighten us on what constitutes non-trash play? I'm betting on it involving no destro ults, no templars, probably need to be stam and maybe run a proc set or two, oh and don't play in group's larger than 3 people.

After winning 8 months in a row

Uh no. You WERE not anywhere near Azuras 8 months ago, let alone winning the campaign that many times consecutively. The original AZ thread started by Bitaken is eight months old and he started it when Einherjar and Fair Weather Friends took over the server from AD. Very few players showed up at that time so we went to EP to help balance the server. EP then won once or twice before Braidas arrived and reclaimed the throne for full metal care bears for cycle or two. EP took it next under the Long Leafers. That brings us to the last two cycles which were won by DC. TWO. not EIGHT.

We had like 5 AD inside, haha. I Really wish more AD were there to see that, we held the keep for so long solely because EP and DC were fighting, exactly not what to do at a dethrone, would have been very informative of what not to do at BRK.

You sure? Nahhh, that can't be... EP were nonexistant for months. It was literally a 2-faction campaign. I feel like before and since braidas DC has won every single campaign.

... but wow that was a long time ago. I could be misremembering one or two odd months in there. One thing is for certain! DC does not win this time around. And I won't be able to afford my columbine. Again.
