The bracketed numbers are the current aoe caps. It's a significant buff
Ok, thanks for pointing that out. But with that being said, how much will this help when fighting The Warrior, The Mage, The Serpent, Rakkhat, or any other trial/dungeon boss? The first six targets might get some additional secondary effects. I would also say that clearing trash might be a little quicker if everything is very neatly stacked but that's about as far as it goes.

Please consider increasing this! Homestead's biggest draw will be the social/RP crowd. 24 is very very small for a RP or social gathering, especially if we're also expected to use these for guild housing.

24 players in a Manor, plus yourself.
Can you guys please consider letting us test larger populations then 24? That is very low compared to what other MMOs are able to pull off, I know RP events are hosted with much larger populations. Even 50 would seem much more reasonable than 24.

While I agree, given the performance of ESO in other areas, anything more than 25 will likely result in a PowerPoint experience. ESO is not designed for a large number of people to be in the same area at the same time.

This change needs to revert!

Very disappointed.
Kiosk bid spying shouldn't be happening as you can only see the current bid if you have the Hire Guild Traders permission.

That's so over dramatic. It was a totally unnecessary Nerf but most magblade don't even use strife foe pve. Force pulse already does more damage

Well it's only understandable. I don't know what gold sells for, illegally for cash but I'd imagine almost four million gold would be worth a pretty penny. I'll actually go have a look.

People acquire certain sets because of their current listed specifications. Blackrose is used on stamina builds because of the 2-5 abilities as-currently listed. Blackrose is intended for Heavy Armor and works off the constitution skill in Heavy Armor. I would think more Stamina builds use it.
I use it on my MDK. I like the change.

I already wrote this in german but since there is only Kai you'll never now if your Feedback gets noticed. My english is pretty bad but I'll try my best ....
I could give Feedback to all the changes like everyone else does but you already got and will get enough of that. So instead I thought it would be usefull to give Feedback about a different theme (and core problem).
The PTS is mostly going live one month before the Update is reaching the liveserver but 90% of the time you are only reacting with justifications instead of actual changes. So no wonder if most people thinking you are ignoring their feedback.
You don't need to justify your decisions its your game. But you shouldn't be surprised if you get the same complaints every patch ... such big unexpected changes just need to be communicated differently and more confident.
Its no wonder people are getting confused and angry if almost everybody is begging for PvP, Class and proc set balance, but you are giving them unexpected (not saying unimportant or unneeded) PvE damage and Froststavechanges ..
If you pick something that needs to be changed and you are working on it for long time, I assume you are confident/sure about the way you decided to change it. So normally you would have some reasons for your decisions like "Why does XY even needed to be changed?" or "Why did you choose this way of changing it?"
Getting things (reasons) like that into the patch notes or communicate them to us, might not make your lifes easier (you'll never get everyone happy) but at least it would make you more believable.
As I said my englishso sorry for every mistake. I hope you got what I wanted to say.

Where do you get that from? The only real change is to radiant and that's still only a minor one.
Total Dark/eclipse changes more than make up for it in my opinion.
