Blackrose change from Stamina to Magicka. Why would you switch such fundamental settings. Make a new set rather than change an existing. People acquire certain sets because of their current listed specifications. Blackrose is used on stamina builds because of the 2-5 abilities as-currently listed. Blackrose is intended for Heavy Armor and works off the constitution skill in Heavy Armor. I would think more Stamina builds use it.

Where do you get that from? The only real change is to radiant and that's still only a minor one.

Total Dark/eclipse changes more than make up for it in my opinion.

    RIP Templars because:

    1. Magicka Templar already sucks for solo and Blazing Spear was a reasonable stun/damage skill, that goes to waste because of no stun.
    2. Radiant damage reduction? 21%. Let's say its fair (its not), a 10k radiant (which means you were at 20% Health anyway) will be around 8k, which unless you have 50k+ health will kill you. Fair enough. Destro ulti, around 25-35k DPS per target in PvP in a retardedly big AoE? 5% damage reduction. Oh, and 8%+ AoE damage from Lightning Staff. "balance".
    3. Magicka Templar does notnuse any of those skills. They are minor debuffs and mainly specific utility skills worthless in regular open world pvp.

What do Magicka Templars need? Either mobility, cc or damage. Aye, heavy armoured healers are hard to kill, but is it really a threat? No.

In my opinion, a 10% damage reduction on Radiant would be fair, but whatever. Removing Blazing Spear stun is a kick in the face. Improve Dark Flare, make a Blazing Shield morph for Magicka. Whatever, just give us something.

Targets 7 – 24: 75% damage taken with no secondary effects applied (formerly 50% damage taken).
Targets 25 – 60: 50% damage taken with no secondary effects applied (formerly 25% damage taken).

The bracketed numbers are the current aoe caps. It's a significant buff

Ok, thanks for pointing that out. But with that being said, how much will this help when fighting The Warrior, The Mage, The Serpent, Rakkhat, or any other trial/dungeon boss? The first six targets might get some additional secondary effects. I would also say that clearing trash might be a little quicker if everything is very neatly stacked but that's about as far as it goes.

24 players in a Manor, plus yourself.
That's really not enough for Guild purposes. Hopefully there's a chance this can be revised upwards.

Edit: 60 I think would be a good target for a Manor. 24 sounds like it would be about right for a Large.

Can you guys please consider letting us test larger populations then 24? That is very low compared to what other MMOs are able to pull off, I know RP events are hosted with much larger populations. Even 50 would seem much more reasonable than 24.

The aoe cap change will give you more dps on bosses with more than 6 adds. Which admittedly isn't alot of them. But this is where the new destro passive comes in.

I'll use sorc as an examplewith the standard lightning frontbar/inferno backbar because it's what I main. And a single target parse from live (with no maelstrom staff) to prove my point http://i.imgur.com/eNVkonj.png

From that picture you can see ~46% of my damage is from aoe skills. And 9% of my damage comes from my execute. I expect the aoe damage to break 50% if scalding rune replaces curse.

If the destro passive applies it's bonus based on your current bar. Regardless of me applying my ground dots on my inferno bar, they will increase their damage by 8%( which is massive) when I swap to my frontbar where I spend a majority of the fight. As well my execute is on my inferno bar, so during execute my mages wrath will be increased by 8% damage.

Obviously this needs to be tested. But if the passive is applied to your active bar. It's huge.

24 seems like an EXTREMELY low cap. It's actually the lowest cap I've ever seen in a game with housing. Most allow at least 50, but many even go up to 75 or 100.

Please consider increasing this! Homestead's biggest draw will be the social/RP crowd. 24 is very very small for a RP or social gathering, especially if we're also expected to use these for guild housing.

While I agree, given the performance of ESO in other areas, anything more than 25 will likely result in a PowerPoint experience. ESO is not designed for a large number of people to be in the same area at the same time.

It's kind of pointless to waste gold (or crowns) on a manor if the limit is 24 players, might as well get a large or even a medium house and host smaller parties.

I don't mind the nerf ot Jesus Beam, maybe some of the PvPers will now stop whining. However, why remove the stun from Blazing Spear? Javelin is useless and the gap closer is still broken.

I am also a bit surprised that it's that small a number. I was hoping to use a manor as a guild hall where every online guild member can fit in. Pretty much makes that impossible. :(

So ... where are the quality of life improvements for guild management? Guild bank tabs? More permissions options? Fixing kiosk bid spying?

    Very disappointed.

Kiosk bid spying shouldn't be happening as you can only see the current bid if you have the Hire Guild Traders permission.

    You are so cute.

Bid spying can and does happen, even if the bid amounts are hidden in the history because as the bids are placed, gold is leaving your bank. This means anyone with a pen, paper and calculator (or an addon specifically written for this purpose, and I'm sure there are a few) can calculate the amount of your bid throughout the week to the gold piece. To do so, all you need to know is what the guild bank is when kiosk flips. Starting gold plus deposits (including sales tax deposits) less gold withdraws and shown balance equals pending bid.

@ZOS_PhilipDraven , @ZOS_RichLambert , I'm REALLY hoping the fixes that were discussed at PAX West weren't just lip service, and you've got something planned for this update. In the last few weeks, guild leaders have been social banned at an ALARMING rate, as well. Please, for the love of Talos, we need some tools!!! As much as I personally hate the lack of transparency, even a permission based view of the bank balance would be a HUGE improvement. Your guild leaders are BEGGING YOU.

This is why we can't have nice things.

Crowns are real money and profits for em so it will be high.

Well it's only understandable. I don't know what gold sells for, illegally for cash but I'd imagine almost four million gold would be worth a pretty penny. I'll actually go have a look.

I didn't mean buying gold I meant for the price of crowns to buy the houses from crown store

I appreciate that we get new motifs but what's the point if we can't morph the look of items that dropped from bosses or mobs? Hardly anyone wears crafted sets because they just aren't good enough.
