Will you PLEASE address players calling this Update Seven and the patch notes calling this Patch 2.1.x?
And, did you realize you are setting a bad precedent sorting your patch notes like you do now?
I see in your future having to divide the patch notes up into:
Please pick which DLCs you are playing:
Base game patch notes
Imperial City DLC patch notes
Orcsinium DLC patch notes
Mrykmire DLC patch notes
Clockwork City DLC patch notes
@Darlgon I am personally trying to promote the following usage:
- Update 7 for the base-game patch's new updates and features (like VR16, Vet CoA Pledge, and Cyrodiil gameplay changes), as this applies to all platforms equally and matches the naming conventions and features of Updates 1-6.
- Imperial City DLC for the new features in IC (like TV Stones and the new quests and dungeons).
- Patch 2.1.x for PC/Mac-specific bug fixes and tweaks.
Is there anything definite, a side from promises, that you can give us (so we can know to stop playing your game today or not), to assure new players or returning players that we can actually close the power gap between ourselves and high cp players in a system where the higher CPs you have the faster you can earn them. Without it costing us real money from the cash shop.
Doubt that question gets answered.
Regardless of what the patch is actually numbered, it's still the seventh update, thus still Update 7. On PC, Tamriel Unlimited is 2.x.y, but on Console, it's 1.x.y.z (for Xbox) and 01.xx (for PS4), so Tamriel Unlimited is used as the general reference name instead of 2.0.@Enodoc The problem with that is.. Zenimax reset the counter with the release of Tamriel Unlimited two weeks AFTER update Six. Thats when they stopped calling update numbers and went to the ESO 2.0 thing. Basically, we started at zero when the plain milk became chocolate milk. Its still milk, but it sure isn't the same.@Darlgon I am personally trying to promote the following usage:Will you PLEASE address players calling this Update Seven and the patch notes calling this Patch 2.1.x?

Can you change the way tel var stones are awarded upon killing another player while in a group so that healers and people in more support based roles can actually be included in the rewards? This was never an issue with AP, but for TV stones, if you aren't dps'ing the entire time and instead decide to heal group members so you don't wipe, OR so group members don't lose their stones via death, more often than not you'll end up getting no stones. The imbalance is pretty stark - if two groups collide, the dps can literally net thousands of stones each while the healers net <50 stones from the trash mobs that were caught in aoes during the fight.
Can you distribute TV stones to the group rather than single players? Because to be honest, I'll never want to heal or run purges/rapid maneuvers in IC at this rate because you walk away with diddly.
I noticed a bug with the Elite Vendor Store in Cyrodiil. The items have no prices on them - I am tempted to buy an item to see if it is free, but I'm also reluctant because I know I'm gonna be really angry if I end up wasting about 200k AP. I dunno if this affects everyone, but thought I would mention it in case.

reported sept 6th in forums and /bug, no they're not free something that could probably be hotfixed or sorted via patch by now but as usual hasn't.
@aneova_ESO - Why did you make it so complex for the newer Motif's? Also, why is so much material needed to upgrade our armor and weapons? 100 is extreme, you'll never be able to update the writs to the new tier if this remains.
There are a few reasons we’ve been splitting up the crafting Motif’s lately. Most importantly, to diversify crafters across the community, at least initially, as players learn individual chapters over time. This provides more niches for more crafters to participate in, and encourages wider overall economic participation. Additionally, we launched with a large number of easy to obtain crafting motifs and we want our crafting community to have aspirational content akin to combat-centric players.
Lastly, for particularly iconic appearances such as Dwemer and Glass, it should feel like a significant accomplishment to unlock the entire motif, given how recognizable and special they are to all of us. That being said, we understand it can feel a bit overwhelming to have to hunt these down across the game and over long periods of time, so we’re looking very carefully at the time investment required to obtain motifs in future DLC content.
In regards to the amount of materials needed for VR16 equipment, the goal was to provide some parity between the challenge of obtaining maximum level gear through non-crafted means (PvP, Dungeons, Quest Rewards, etc) with their crafted equivalents. Any writs we add for this tier will accept VR15 item deliveries which require the much lower amount of raw material.
