guild history all missing in guild roster

i was trying to sort out making space to invite to guild so needed to kick some offline. but now over half the guild show no data and says they were online 1 minute ago and no data shown. so i cannot see who has been offline in guild to kick . the only ones with any data are those who seem to have been online today since update. i tried all addons off and still was the same so not sure if just me or others having same issues

Please fix it asap, I understand that glitches happen, but a lot of guilds operate on a maximum or variable period of inactivity basis, and just a week or two of this being glitched so we can't see when people last logged in can seriously impact guild participation and success.

I had the same, friendlist included. It completely misses all data like alliance, class, level etc for players who have not logged in since the update when I was online too. And the "last online" sorting is broken due to this as well.

My guild has 500 members. I had to completely shut down my guild invitation for new members. 100 applications are still open with a 8 to 15 day timeout. With the usual lame bugfixes that timeout runs out earlier. And I bet, that the true offline time will not be recovered! What a mess again.

How long is it going to take to fix something this basic? Our guild has also reached max and people are asking for invites. I don't know who we can kick. This is a true nightmare for people who run guilds.

There are also some visual bugs which are not fixed for more than 6 months already Of course, compared to such bug as this one, they are "just" visuaI/cosmetic bugs - but cosmetics mean alot to me in ESO, they are bigger part of my enjoyment. I have to repeat my reports for those bugs every update, and it makes me sad. Every little thing eventually adds up, and at the moment there are 7 cosmetic bugs which prevent me from fully enjoying some of my: mounts, pets, Worm Wizard personality and certain furniture in my house. I don't even know if these bugs are being worked on...

At least this bug with guild roster/friend list is publicly acknowledged Hotfix would be good, just as Cyrodiil leaderboard got hotfixed today.

They don't even fix core game mechanics. Dont expect any care for visual bugs.

Well crap, I booted a whole slew of people on Monday because I didn't know this was a thing. How friggin awesome to have yet another bug with guilds. It only took like 6 months to get the last bug fixed... I swear ZOS hates guilds.

Not only guild roster but also friends list is the same the Last Online tooltip is based on my login or reload not friends.

So glad I found this thread. We are finally reaching capacity. If it cannot be fixed completely please raise the ceiling so interested people can still join. The guild finder is working pretty well. Throw us a bone please

Any ETA on this fix? i have a lot of people wanting to join my guild but i cant clean up the people i need to remove so my entire guild is in limbo! THANKS!

Same I am now on a wait list of 5 people and that is without the usual applications through guild finder.

We can expect that this fix takes some weeks. My queue of new people that want to join is 100 people long. This list expires after 8 to 15 days. If after a fix the history of current members is also lost, you have to add the min. activity time of your guild to this. For me after 20 days I loose 100 people.

We can expect a fix to take 14+ days, add your guild activity minimum of let's say 10 days and we have 24 days. But new applications expire after 15 days IF none were outstanding. A complete disaster again. And don't forget: fixing the guild trader record took 3+ months!

The whole 500 cap for Guilds is total BS, please do away with that, some of us lead rather large Guilds so we have to have an entire community of Guilds (Which is a serious pain in the butt). please raise the cap or better yet do away with it entirely and give us more selling slots, I am not sure you realize just how dependent the game is on player activity and just how dependent those players are on Guilds, you really should cater to Guilds more, give us a quest board (something that GM's can either purchase or the guild as a whole can achieve to get, that way there can be Guild Quest dailies). Now that would be something that would really improve the game experience! A real Guildhall where we can gather with the whole guild. So yes please get rid of the guest cap. Also it would be nice if a potential Guildhall, would not be a members own housing, but rather a place that just comes with the Guild Tab.

While I can see the guild history for sales, purchases and bank, the time last online in the guild roster and friends list seems to default to the time your character has been online and has nothing to do with the people in the list.

We need to see the right times for everyone.

Now I would not mind knowing how long my account has been online, or each character, but the current state of misinformation is not helping the guilds.

@ZOS_GinaBruno Please can we get an update about when this will be fixed? no purge is how guilds die. if we get full of ppl that don't play anymore and don't know who to kick it's a real problem.

Yep, my guild is at 500 with a waiting list and don't know how long folks have been offline so can't make room nor do promotions. This needs an urgent fix.
