Hearts Furnishings... in Q4?

Okay so I’m going to ask this of the dev’s as I’m confused... I’m loving the amazing Heart’s Day furnishing on PTS. I mean they’re gorgeous and can’t wait to use them! BUT Heart’s Day is in February and normally wouln’t there be new Christmas or Halloween items being released for Q4? It just seems really out of sequence? Are there some missing?

Hi @ZAD1ST I 100% agree! The new items are really nice, but really not what people wanted or have been asking for. I think most people I know or have talked to about the new furnishings have been disappointed. It's quite bizarre that we have Hearts Day furnishings, when that isn't for another 6 months?? It's also highly frustrating for those of us on EU who can't have a look at achievement furnishings unless we want to redo the entire Elsweyr quest line to unlock the pre quest. I half expected (rather optimistic, I know ) that EU might actually have the pts for once when it went live, obviously not!

Housing people flooded to the pts when it went live to see the new furnishings, and not only are they very minimal, but it's just a bit strange, how they are themed around an event so far away! I do love the new items, but nobody said that we are lacking in chairs or tapestries, people wanted structural items, and many other things which I could list but this post would then become a novel I think ZOS are fully aware of the things that the housing community ask for on a regular basis, they just seem to choose not to listen.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom please could you let us know if more furniture items will be coming over the coming weeks.
As mentioned above, many of us in the housing community have been waiting weeks with great anticipation. It would be good to know if there is furniture to come or if that's it!

Khajiit finds them very nicely done but would use them apart rather than as a set.

But oh the plushie Khajiit! How long has this one waited for a little naptime friend to call her own.

And a tray of sweetrolls - most helpful and economical on the item slots yes. This one fears though it will be an item only with the set and thus very prohibitively expensive to get more than one.

Obviously this is a furniture pack meant for spring (along with the datamined new mounts, pets etc). Just because it's on the current PTS doesn't mean it will hit the crown store during the next 3 months. Clockwork furniture pack was on the PTS for like, what, a year before it even was put up for sale.

I guess we should just all keep our fingers crossed and remain optimistic that they are just late with putting the new furnishings on the pts!

I don't know, I was actually REALLY happy to see small vases with flowers already in them. It drives me crazy that if you want a vase with flowers right now, that is tabletop sized, you have to use two item slots (at minimum!) for a basic vase. Those vases are gorgeous, and they aren't too big to fit on a tabletop!

I agree! All of the items are really nice, but they are also all very heavily themed because they are part of a Hearts Day pack, we got no items relating to the Southern Elsweyr DLC, apart from some vines which look just like some that we already have, just a different shade of green. I don't think anybody is saying that they dislike the new items, they are great, all 17 of them but we wanted some items relating to the DLC.

We currently have in game 86 DINING tables, not including other types of table.
We have 60 chairs
We have 110 rugs, not even including lux vendor ones!
Yet we have 11 walls, which includes those of the same style but differing lengths, of which we have just 2 different lengths.

I am staying hopeful that ZOS just forgot to put the new items in, if not, all we got this DLC were some vines and a few achievement furnishings, because we won't be seeing the Hearts Day pack for another 6 months.
