@Lord_Hev Nah, he was banned for releasing the lead customer service reps personal number and also excessive racism.
And the reason I never run without purge on my bar .And who are all of you?
Anti ganking the Gankers with mark is golden. Nowhere to run and nowhere to hide is the greatest o crap moments. "And that folks, is the moment he knew he messed up."
@Stoopid_Nwah Once zos takes away unbreakable mount cc, best believe purge is going in that flex spot on off bar. Until then, I'll continue to torture the mounts until change occurs in cyrodiil.
I'm fairly certain you can dismount and break free while affected by cripple/agony. At least I've been able to do that while stunned in a similar fashion before. It just is not the first thing that comes to mind as most players use block or cast a spell in order to dismount without going through the dismount animation. That's right, if you've ever used such a way of getting off your mount you are a filthy animation canceller
On console (not sure why it would be any different) I don't think this is always the case. I'll admit after watching the op's ganking vids I put agony on my bar to see if it really was broken. I only tried it on about 10 people, but I would say 8 of them dismounted just fine then broke free of agony. The other 2 were frozen up however. I'm guessing it locks them if they are out of stam on their horse?I'm fairly certain you can dismount and break free while affected by cripple/agony. Cripple yes. Agony no. Your perma locked on horseback for the 30 sec duration.

For what it's worth, it definitely felt cheap, so purge got its spot back on my bar. People already think ganking is skill less, so I try not to give them reasons to have an even poorer opinion of us.
@LegacyDM You can dismount and then cc break. However, you cannot cc break while still on mount.
For me, it's moreso the adrenaline rush of picking a player that is tbagging a low level with their group and then killing them without anyone even realizing what just happened. Then watching them search for me from a distance...and then the inevitable rage whisper.Bandit1215 wrote: »Personally, I don't find ganking particularly fun. I'm not saying that it doesn't require skill, but it's not the kind of skilled play that I prefer. I prefer the reactionary in combat skill to adapt around you rather than setting up everything 100% perfectly and then insta kill people because of it. I really hate getting 1 shot ganked by people and occasionally rage whisper them about it and I don't really get why people like it so much. Like, doesn't it feel like the enemy has zero chance against you? They have no time to react or do anything, and sure you could say run radiant magelight or something, but it can be hard to fit skills or armor sets that counter ganking, which is unfortunately the only way to counter it.
What happened to just being filthy?! :cThat's right, if you've ever used such a way of getting off your mount you are a filthy animation canceller

Good to know that the mechanics are working as intended. Casting skills or cc breaking is locked out, and it becomes a two step process, which in any case your dead by the time you dismount to cc break. Cheap still = cheap.

Probably the main thing that sets these guys apart is their teamwork, coordination, they hide their numbers quite well, and it looks like they can revive each other without ever displaying the reviving animation.
My group of around 9 at the time encountered them on the way to Roebeck Farm a few days ago and it turned into one of the most enjoyable NB hunts I've had for a while. I think the final count of gankers made it to 4, but I'm not sure we ever killed them all. That ghost rez thing is OP.
