I actually heard the term from playing a match of HeroClix. If you have terrain like a bush that takes up 4 squares, and your hero has stealth on their dial, when they sit in that bush they become stealthed cannot be targeted by normal LoS.
Debris does the same thing too. I often run Dracula HeroClix, which has Stealth all over his dial. So if I blow up a wall and put him in the debris he is very protected from getting ganged up on.He gets some very crazy buffs, similar to how you have your NB geared up. He's capable of 1-shoting other clixs using dice rolls.
