I'm sorry but ZOS' methods of detecting CE are as crude as anything they create and really only pick out the most obvious, dumb CE users. Underneath these dumbos lies an entire land of CE usage that is just nigh impossible to detect for ZOS given their current way of doing things between the client and the server.ZOS has ways of detecting CE. They instantly permaban accounts with it running on their computers, even if its a CE for other games. People are quick to say CE but aren't willing to just accept that someone is that much better then they are at the game. Ego's too big it seems.
The problem is that in an environment where these things are easily possible, anyone is automagically suspect. It's like a poison.@Lava_Croft I'm sure there are still people finding ways to counter act the detection systems zos has in place, but the idea that every single person doing something in game they can't fathom is CE usage is laughable.

noticed you only targeted pve'rs for your gank targets. a pvp'r would have high enough impen you wouldnt do more then 6k tops with your hardest hitting channeled abilities.
Wrong. 30k Resistances, 3k Impen --> these guys still nuke you.
Don't think for a second they can't take out a weathered PVP player in the bat of an eye.
all my pvp geared characters take a lot more then that to kill including lightly armored toons. and my tank, it takes 5x+ longer for them 5+ to take down 35k health without holding block.
Pretty fun clips, nice ganks. #wrobeled
@ZOS_BrianWheeler can you at least talk to @Wrobel about one thing - Magelight should break stealth for the caster. I might get some hate for saying it but we all know it's true.

I personally like how you can go around looking for stealthed enemy's with magelight without being revealed yourself. Camo hunter costs to much stamina and in general just doesn't work. You need to be right onto of your enemy to reveal them.
Just take away the Empower if you wanna reduce some of the gankers power.

Anyways... 100% likely if I speak my mind here I will get forum banned.
It's certainly all about skill!

Take a look at Zergbad, Ganking all the top players, pushing for emp. He had less then 400CP and no viper/veli.
No matter what the META is these same people are gonna whine.
1vX or #shutup!

@GreenSoup2HoT you could still use Camo Hunter for that purpose, the stealth reveal effect seems to be the exact same mechanic as Magelight - but I do agree that the cost is maybe a little excessive for what it does. But then again I'm of the opinion that stealthing should be somewhat costly - I don't particularly like that people can spend as much time as they want in stealth without having to care about resources at all, meanwhile there is less fighting on the map overall because 30%+ of people are running around in full daylight undetected at sprint speeds...
The Magelight Empower should remain IMO, it's a cornerstone of the skill line, it just needs to break stealth for the caster - it is a giant luminous orb after all.

@GreenSoup2HoT Personally I feel like mage light as it is really makes it too powerful for gankers. Once upon a time they removed the empower on it, just to put it back in game. I wouldn't be opposed to it revealing players casting it in stealth as it would require people to have to make better choices on when to use it. Maybe los, cast mage light, come out and be sneaking again to get the kill. Really, anything that puts more skill based mechanics into ESO I will personally support.

Try camo hunter with a friend whos in 7 medium (since they are primarily the stealth players). You will be shocked how trash it is for the cost.
We also already have no stealth stamina regen while moving. Medium users should be able to stealth lots.
This game isnt realistic. I think of mage light as an actual being, so if it needs to hide it can do so.
I personally would like the toggle back for radiant mage light but thats just me.
Does anyone here stream on twitch? Since Zergbad got permabanned on twitch, I'm having a hard time finding new streamers to watch.
