Really - Why an overall reduction? Theres plenty of other dungeons that are easy.... have a wide spectrum from easy mode to pro mode. This binary way of thinking - on off challenge = normal / vet challenge is just elementary / novice, and now you guys dumbed it down in further.
When these two dungeons were first released, it was extremely challenging..... and now that its been awhile with people learning the dungeon, obtaining better or improved gear, along with players practicing and spending more time in there, the dungeons still remain fun with a challenge.
Now you're just making it boring, no challenge... As much as I know those two dungeons, I still have fun in there because I can still die if Im not on my "A" game.
Overall reduction in difficulty is just going to let me faceroll my keyboard or complete the dungeon in my sleep.
Please don't do this.

They cannot be harvested anymore; all Enchanting runestones now give Aspect and Essence. You can still get them by deconstructing glyphs, though, but the main way is to just buy what you need from a vendor.

Is there any compelling reason that ZoS made it so that I, as an enchanter, have to buy the stuff I could previously freely harvest?
This seems to me an unnecessary change that unduly punishes crafters who would rather gather their mats rather than just buy them.

Lower Spell Crit is only available currently on White Cap and Nirnroot. If you plan to change it to no longer be on White Cap then it can no longer be learned as a trait on Nirnroot and will affect the Botonist and Nirnroot-specific achievements making them unable to be completed.
If you're truly going to remove the effect off White Cap then you need to add it to another plant or remove it from Nirnroot (and the entire game) as well.

Most of stamina tanks use the bones shield (from undanted skills, don't remember the exact name). It's also during 5scds. It's not a problem.

Also: Is poison equippable on all weapons? It does not make sense to me to equip it on staves, you have no physical contact with the target so how do you poison them exactly? Like shoot clouds of poison? That sounds more like a aoe skill.

So... For Vet16, it's ok... we will not loose our 15 skill points / attibutes points.
But what about players who won't have reach Vet16 rank, but vet5 or vet12 (for example) the D-day ?
