Also, my interpretation of the ESO live on Friday about VR removal:
1) Champion Rank max is 160;
2) You will keep all champion points you have "spent" but won't be able to spend anymore beyond the 160 cap but will still accrue beyond. E.g., I have 408 CPs spent on my toons, will be able to accrue more but won't be able to "spend" more until the cap is raised.

Charged: This trait now increases your chance to apply status effects instead of increasing the amount of enchantment charges on your weapon.
(1) What are "status effects"?
(2) How many "status effects" are there and what does each one of them do?
(3) What do you mean by "increases your chance"?
As far as I know, currently, I (my character) cannot "apply" any "status effect" upon any item, therefore the chance of doing so is zero. Does the change make the probability of applying a "status effect" 1.0 (certainty)?
Please write patch notes in plain English and avoid game-developer jargon!! You don't impress me with it. Rather, I find your ability to explain features of the game is rather limited and the writing is (probably like the game software source code), apparently hurried. Thus it is full of ambiguities, lacking complete information, and has several outright errors.
Thank you for your time and attention to this question.
We know the drops rates are horrible for the motifs, i can not find anyone who actually saved 20+ of the boxes and tried. Did you collect a whole bunch of the rewards and when the update hit opened them?
I mean, the provisioning sacks worked when they added new recipes and the emberosa pages, just want some solid reply or someone who actually saved a big bunch of them and tried.
ps: You can save 10 and not get anything, i know because i did 10 daily dungeon quests in wrothgar and got nothing from them.

I had about 40 containers; I was leveling a toon and wanted a specific V16 piece for another. (Didn't get it, either. Still don't have it.) I want to say -- but can't find the reference - that Gina said that containers were coded differently pre- and post- TG.
That doesn't mean it'll be the same this time... but I'm guessing it will.

Is this true? The PTS notes say 501 but ESO Live from Friday suggests that 160 is the max. Some clarification would be appreciated.

I had 40+ containers, and did not get any motifs from the containers. As someone mentioned, they were coded differently for before and after the update.

Completely wrong and theyve never even mentioned it to work that way. 501 is the max spendable. CP Rank 160 is a different way of saying Vet 16. The only things CP Rank 160 limits is gear level and NPC level.

I'm still trying to understand this. Here's my simple question:
Can my V1 wear my V16's gear after DB comes out?
I hope the answer is yes because then I can really start investing in set gear and swapping it between characters depending on how I want to play them. So if I could craft a set of what is now VR16 heavy armor and have any of my other lower level but still vet toons use it...well that would be cool.

As along as you have 160 cp, any of your Lv 50 characters can wear anything they wish.
Well, I don't see anything about lowering the magicka cost of Hardened Ward.
While I am not happy about this change - I think you should reconsider going to 10 seconds and halving the magicka cost of the shield. Do you guys not want people on the Non CP campaign?

Why should sorc shields last longer then other shields?

Why should Templar BoL heals be better then other heals?
Why should Cloak be better then Invis pots?
See a trend? Sorc shields should last longer because its a class defining skill.

I have some remarks to your opinion: 1)Templars are supposed to heal, 2)NB are supposed to go stealthy and 3)where does it say sorcs are supposed to go shieldy? I would agree with you if sorcs didn't do the most damage in the entire game. Why would you need shields if you do the most damage???? You want the best of both worlds like we all do but it is not fair if only one class would have this. I want you to think about this: why are the majority of players Sorcs and NB's?
See a trend: 1)I am a Templar and I never use BoL 2)my friends are NB and don't use cloak 3)You are not forced to use a shield or class defining skill, and don't start that you cannot survive without it.
