1 million Donated gold not arriving in trade guild bank!!!!!!

I am a Trade guild GM.

An officer recently donated 1 million gold and it went from his inventory but didnt arrive in the trade guild bank.
I recently donated 100k gold and the same thing happened !

Replied to tickets just say "we cant hep with deconstructed items" !!

Zos if you are going to give us this system please at least acknowledge bugs and provide a suitable remedy. This is not small change we are talking about.

Anyone else experienced his?

    I've been seeing this a lot recently.. A lot of guild banks seem to be bugged and eating coin or items to some extent..

    can you deconstruct your gold into my inventory next time though? :)

    @ZOS_JessicaFolsom - can you please help to expedite this issue?

    @martinhpb16_ESO - this recently happened to the GM of another guild, ZOS can check back on their log of what your (or someone else's) character had and what was done with it, in the case I refer to it got sorted out and the missing cash was returned quickly so don't panic.

    I can confirm this is a bug because it happened to me also with 100k. Checked all logs and banks and nothing was there at all but I had no gold in my inventory any more. And I got the exact same kind of emails, lol. I just accepted it and moved on after a couple of weeks of spamming them.

    Happenned also to my friend, seems like they freeze all big money trasactions. They returned money after support ticket though. Probably it is some form of gold selling prevention

    It's an MMO. So instead of one deposit of 1,000,000 gold into the bank you have to do 8,000 deposits of 125 gold.
    You know, so each deposit has value.

    Please do persevere, I am sure it will be sorted out eventually. As a GM of a trading guild I know how fraught it is handling guild money and doing everything you can to have transparency - the worry in a situation like this is exponentially worse because it's not your own cash. I'd rather lose a million from my personal bank than from my guild bank. (That is not a challenge to ZOS to make any of my cash disappear btw).

    Are we really only deserving of these canned answers?

    Also why be so annoyingly STINGY about giving back accidentally deconned stuff?

    Just to clarify this has nothing to do with Deconstructe items and your customer service is not resolving the issue.

    if you deposit in guild bank any item or gold during "retrieving items..." timer at the WITHDRAW tab

    you may not noticed it because you choose guild bank and fast switch to Deposit tab

    everything you put into will be dissapear from our world

    I think the trained hamsters got out of the servers and now they write staff comments. That explains the lag, and the horrible framerate also.

    The mention of deconstructed items was an afternote ("as for deconstructed items"). The comment was written was exactly what was meant. Moderators do not have the ability to resolve this issue. Customer support is the team that can look into issues when it comes to individual inventory loses. It also provides a private channel for requested information in relationship to the lost items.

    We cannot guarantee they will be able to track a loss when it comes to monetary value but it is possible for them to see if this was a bug with the system in order to issue address a resolution.

    As for the critique of deconstructed items, when deconstructing an item it is destroyed with compensated experience and items. In addition this feature is working as intended. We understand that accidental situations happen but most of these items are not traceable after they are lost. Locking is a good way of avoiding this issue and was mentioned for prevention.

    For the OP: If you have any delays in contact regarding getting the resolution, please leave your ticket number so that we can either update you or make sure the issue is being addressed by the proper person.

    Hey ZOS_CoriJ, thank you for your info and ty OP for posting this. Sadly I have lost a lot of gold, that I wanted to put in guild bank and the ZOS-responses were more or less them telling me, that they couldn´t do anything for me, when items are deconstructed or destroyed. So far I haven´t heard of anyone beeing able to deconstruct gold or group-members or crazy guilds. Could you please look into this: Incident: 160615-002935. Thank you very much.
