Inbalances like this between classes and builds have to be expected in a MMO.I personally hate classes , for obvious reasons ( More OP classes than others) .

Especially one in the first half year after launch.
If you had total freedom to use any skill in the game, I guess there would be no value in replaying the game (with different class/faction/race/choice).
And replayabiltiy is one of the core concepts of any MMO.

Its always bad to have "a million build options".
Hard to balance and at the end people use a handfull of fotm builds anyway.
Classes would be great if we had 1-9 but they could just give us a selection of X skill lines and it wouldn't matter because you would still only have 5 abilities.
