Has anyone noticed since the latest update, that seats in your homes near other objects may still light up green but you can not sit in them? You have to move them further away from nearby objects for the seats to work properly.

I was placing some chairs last night that had the green border that signifies that the chair was usable once out of edit mode. However the two chairs were not usable.

I went to all my homes and tested other chairs, they seemed to work fine, but I can't get these two to work inside the space they are in.

I can't really say what the issue is, but it is kind of annoying.

Yes, I posted in the bugs forum and the general forum and bugged it. With any luck it will be fixed by next November.

I, also, am not sure what the exact issue is. It seems to be in only certain places in the house.

I had this issue in one of my homes as well. I removed the chairs that were no longer working and used the undo feature to put them back in the same place right away after removing them. This seemed to fix them (at least during that play session - I haven't been back to the house since then).

Re-placing seats does nothing in my house.

Yes! It seemed to start 2-3 days ago. Changing the type of chair didn't make a difference, or how you put it down on the surface (green glow vs auto level). First it did it in the second floor of my house, and then it was okay. Now I can't have a sitable chair on the second floor porch.

Sincerely hope someone from ZOS sees this and takes and interest in fixing it!

Can confirm the problem seems to change what chairs are affected. Yesterday I could sit in a specific chair, today I cannot.

This was specifically listed in the patch notes for console last week as being a bug, along with quite a few other issues.

Today's patch was supposed to fix this issue in the world, not sure about housing items.

That isn't quite right.

From today's patch notes Referring specifically to Mac and Stadia game clients:

Fixed an issue that prevented you from sitting in chairs when playing on the Mac or Stadia game clients.

Go read it if you don't believe me. Sometimes they get confused about what they fixed or what they were supposed to fix, or just don't pay attention to the problem as reported, as in ON THE NA PC SERVER.

So, my question is sincere. Is this problem being fixed later, or are they even aware of it?

As of 4 February 2021 it appears ZOS has fixed this problem. THANK YOU!!!!!

Correction: This seems to have been fixed in MOST houses. However, I hear reports from friends that Hunter's Glade, House of the Silent Magnifico, and the Hall of the Lunar Champion wings (not main room) still have this problem. Unsure if there are others as well.
