Note for this test you should 3 flashy proc sets with flashy aoe damage or pet summon.havent noticed any improvement.
But did the performance get any better? I'm sure that's the most important question here. Who cares if people are having fun or not. Fun is secondary in games after all.
Well this is what I felt from the brief outting -> Then we all switched to IC because it was too frustrating.
The C/D to certain AOE based skills (healing or dmg) just feels like its replacing lag....you'll have to see in a proper prime time setting, but I think many will just log out honestly.
Let's hope so. Maybe if ZOS won't listen to reason, they will listen to dropping prime-time active player numbers.

Hi folks,
Just wondering what your constructive thoughts are for this week of AOE 3 second cool down testing on PVP campaigns?
I main a magplar...let me say...it was literally unplayable with my current setup. You can stack skills to cast off (for example : Rune, Purify, Honor the dead - all with cool downs)....It just feels like heavy lag honestly...and we come back to square one.
Food for thought,

This radically changes the game, and it didn't seem to lower ping noticeably either. This radically changes how every single class has to arrange their bars and the skills they will be using.
whats the point of them doing a test if your not going to suffer it. Consider the test your chance for feedback.
Horrible update, and snuck in without any testing. Stamina Templar is now nerfed again.
Biting Jabs no longer a spammable and can't do enough damage to keep up with other builds. Can't use Restoring Focus right after a fight.
Even though it was hard i was still getting by, now i'm just getting destroyed.
Very disappointed, still trying to understand how this was a benefit to my class.
