I entered it into the ESO account page. However, for some reason, mine has now let me in. After a relog I saw the cutscene for the first time and then managed to get into the zone with no problems. Might just be delayed or something? Just not sure how my friend got in before me when he redeemed his key after me . . . hopefully this helps somewhat.

I absolutly agree with Artorias ; what about people trying to log since 1 hour now? Everyone paid to get the game, most are still paying Eso + ... and so this company and all your jobs.

Tbh, its makes me quite angry that you only care about this Problem here atm. 95% of your playerbase cant get even past Chracter Request and you didnt even gave one reply to this.

Unfortunately that other thread has "PC EU" in it's title and this simply means that they're not going to bother.

Purchased the Greymoor Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade on Steam on the 17th April. Received the bonuses in-game today after the maintenance, can't travel to Greymoor, steam says DLC is installed, repair to game didn't help (EU PC)

*edit* Logged onto NA PC, created a character in Skyrim, so the DLC is available to me on my account. Just not on EU PC where my main character is.

In game account name is @MissBizz and I purchased a physical CE that won't come in time, so support set me up with it. I did receive an email back from them saying I should have it (and to send the code in when I get it etc.) but I am unable to travel there in game. I do not own the steam version, just the standalone.

[Edit] Just completely logged out and shut down the game, and tried again. Still not working.

Are you supposed to get Antiquities Leads when you don't have Greymoor? I had it pop up and I am not supposed to have the chapter.

Yep... most of my guild are all having same issue. Nobody can login. Just endless 'Requesting character load' before being booted.

EU has a higher population and its "primetime" so millions of players trying to do the same thing at the same time=login issuse's

Well I cannot get into Western Skyrim either but got the email saying that they applied a code so I could. I bought the Physical Edition on Amazon.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom Maybe it is worth mentioning that when the servers first went live (at like 4:30am my time, west coast) I was actually able to access Western Skyrim. I picked up the quest and traveled to the Solitude Docks then logged out for a nap and when I logged back in I got kicked to Deshaan and can't get back to Western Skyrim.

Can you please tell us if you guys are investigating the issue every single player in PC/EU server are experiencing? No one are able to log in because we are stuck in requesting character load... I believe this issue is just as important as players not beeing able to access greymoore.

Indeed, I second @Daffen 's report. Haven't been able to login into the game since servers have come up. It's been 6 years since the game's launch and it's still mind-boggling to see server issues.

Part of me thinks this is advertising to get you to buy Greymoor so you can follow the leads. Part of me thinks they meant to shut off access to Greymoor and only ended up shutting off access to Skyrim.

If it still works as on the PTS, those leads will expire on you in 30 days anyhow.

Yes, we are. Apologies, I've been heads-down on this issue while others are on the PC-EU issue. We do have people investigating both.

Interesting. I will dig in later to see if it seems bugged. Saw a few other bugs but I think people's access is more important and will wait for things to settle a bit

idk, maybe. The only difference between when I logged in earlier when the servers first came up (when I had access) and after my nap (when I did not) is that the Crown Store was under maintenance and now it's not.
