People with Greymoor chapter CANNOT GO THERE

idk, maybe. The only difference between when I logged in earlier when the servers first came up (when I had access) and after my nap (when I did not) is that the Crown Store was under maintenance and now it's not.

The reason they took the server back down was back EVERYONE had access though So probably in their fix for that, those that should have access somehow lost it too. I have no doubts they are working hard on getting it straightened out.Probably especially tough as they are all working from home.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom I restarted the game, relogged, and still couldn't access Greymoor.

Yes, we are. Apologies, I've been heads-down on this issue while others are on the PC-EU issue. We do have people investigating both.

I`m having the same issue. Already traveled to Greymoor before server lockdown, now 7 hours later. Endles loading screen at "Requesting Character Load".

I bought Greymoor on Steam as well.

Thank you. Are you on PC-EU or PC-NA? If you're on PC-EU, could we ask you to try PC-NA and see if you run into the same issue? (We're tracking a separate login issue on PC-EU.)

There is not great news and the server its not ok NOW!
Hundreds of players who have bought Greymoor cannot enter to play, you have to go into maintenance !!!

Can login on NA server without any issues, also can port to western skyrim.

On EU chars are stuck in loading screen after char-selection. Verified with 2 accounts: 1 with ESO+ and greymoor chapter, 1 without ESO+ and without greymoor chapter.

I have guild mate that CAN access greymore and bought the upgrade through steam PC EU a few days ago, so it dont mean no steam players can access it at least, just so u know:)

still stuck on character loading screen also, untill it times out and reverts bk to full roster, then another 10 min of hanging. PC EU through website

I login in the NA server like immediatly.

-The problem is on the EU server for me.
I buy the game thorugh Istant Game website, collector editon.

I think there are also problems related to skill points to be assigned to the vampire, they seem too few (I managed to enter the server once, now no longer)

Guild chat is in late or not working

I have 3 accounts all on PC/NA and here's how it went for me:

1st account - Greymoor purchased from ESO website - Logged in, accessed Greymoor and traveled to Western Skyrim

2nd account - Greymoor purchased from Steam - Logged in, accessed Greymoor and traveled to Western Skyrim.

3rd account - can access game from Steam or with ESO launcher (I used ESO launcher) - Logged in but cannot leave my house. Got caught in infinite loadscreen. I'm going to try again and see what happens.

Edit: Just tried the 3rd account again and had no problems this time. My character is in Western Skyrim.

Bit of Insight on my issue: Both I and my Girlfriend have the Steam Collectors Edition upgrade.

PC NA. Was able to go to Western Skyrim before the "1st" Hotfix/Patch.

I have all of my CE belongings. (Emotes, mount, crate, ETC.)

I am now unable to access Western Skyrim and I'm told that I need to upgrade to unlock the area. To upgrade, it brings me to the crown store. Where the pack is already. (Obviously) purchased.

However. My girlfriend has none of these issues. She has her collectibles/ETC, logged on before the first patch, and can now still access Western Skyrim.

It seems to be indiscriminate in its targeting, at least.

I have the same message that I have to purchase Greymoor.
However, I have already purchased it and in-game UI shows [Purchased] grayed out.

I did the pre-purchase on steam about a day or two ago and have access to all collectibles.

I usually play from Steam but got my key from Instant Gaming (rebought the whole game by mistake, but I digress) and redeemed it on ESO website.

I'm a EU player (no chars on NA). Can't access the game past character selection, even starting the game via the launcher or game executable. I tried repairing the game too, to no avail (though it did seem to redownload some things).

I think I'll go to bed and see if the game is playable tomorrow morning. I will say that the number of EU ppl trying to play the game right now might be sensibly higher than NA, since it's already late in EU, and ppl are home from work already (for those who can work, obviously). So it might be due to the amount of logging ppl at the same time... Maybe. We'll see tomorrow.

Also cannot *access Western Skyrim. I pre-purchsed the Digital Upgrade (cheapie one) via paypal through my ESO account.

*ETA correction for login. I can login, I am just told I need to purchase it though the crown store says I have purchased it.

The only issue I am having is very low resolution ground textures around the outside of Solitude. I have the Steam download version but I don't play through the launcher. Instead I use shortcuts to the 64bit executables that are on my desktop as going through the Steam Launcher would use 32bit. Pretty sure the texture issue is due to server overload. There are hundreds of players everywhere. I am going to give it a rest and play again later to see if this issue clears up.

Same problem as the others here. Purchased via Steam in March. Ticket 200526-006542 opened a few hours ago. Happy to troubleshoot this if needed. PC-NA and Chapter was purchased via Steam.
