It's not what what we want either, and we understand it's frustrating. To be clear, there are different teams working on these two situations. One is not preventing the other from proceeding. One team is working through the needed Greymoor grants, and another is investigating those who have access but should not.

I haven't received another response from my ticket since they said they were working on the issue and I'm afraid to log off and wait another 30-40 mins in queue
