People with Greymoor chapter CANNOT GO THERE

    Hi everyone,

    We have completed the the grant for players on the PC-EU server who purchased the Greymoor Chapter but were unable to access the content/zone. We will be performing this grant for players on PC-NA tomorrow morning.

    We are also currently working through the list of those who contacted our Support team for help due to delayed physical CE shipping. Those who submitted a Support ticket will receive an email from our billing and account system when the grant is complete.

    Lastly, we have seen the reports of some players still having access to the Greymoor Chapter content and rewards who should not. We are investigating.

    So PC-NA players who are affected by this, after buying the greymoor expansion early can't play it until tomorrow? While other players who haven't even bought the expansion yet are in zone?

    It's not what what we want either, and we understand it's frustrating. To be clear, there are different teams working on these two situations. One is not preventing the other from proceeding. One team is working through the needed Greymoor grants, and another is investigating those who have access but should not.

    I was in earlier today, although loading times were terrible, then I got stuck in non-ending load screens after I purchased the inn room in Solitude and the game tried to reload as it does after a home purchase.

    Logged out because of the interminable load screen, and now I can't get back in because of the queue. I suppose I could try waiting the 32 plus minutes (although the lack of an actual countdown isn't helpful). Also, I can't even try to get onto the EU server because when I tell it to let me out of the queue, it just reloads me into the queue again where I see that it really was counting down, but it wouldn't show me until it reloaded me, even though I was trying to leave the queue. It won't let me. xD

    I'm PC NA, and I bought the CE on Steam.

    I really feel that I just got SWINDLED big time. So at least admit to your misgivings and put up a banner there with regards to these issues rather than a banner saying "The issue is resolved, and the European PC/Mac megaserver is now available. Thank you for your patience!"

    If it means anything, I had issues just when I queued in BGs and it was a continuous loading screen then kicked me back to my original login faction area then continuous loading screen.

    Just got a response from Bethesda Support that my NA issue was fixed but required a relog, jumped out to log in screen (did not get placed in queue) and got in successfully with Greymoor access intact!

    How dare people not appreciate being unable to access what they paid for while people who did not pay for it get to access it just fine! The thing is we are not their friends, neither are they ours, we are walking wallets to them. They are not doing us a favor, they sell us product and take our money for it. Do you appreciate car, dishwasher, oven manufacturers? Especially when they do not work? No? I thought so.

    Bethesda support twitter is saying the issue is resolved for players who paid for Greymoor but couldn't access its content. Even after restarting my game, launcher and everything, I'm still unable to access Greymoor content. Ticket - 200526-008391

    I was able to get to Skyrim without paying, but speaking to one guy's in zone chat, he said that his daughter couldn't get to it who also hasn't paid for it. The only difference between our accounts is that I am an eso+ member.

    So is it because I am an eso+ member I can travel there?

    on PC EU there are plenty in the zone who didnt bought the chapter, so theres a silver lining

    I can confirm they can enter and troll payers.

    Yeah, just fyi. i've restarted my game complete multiple times and restarted my pc just to make sure. Oddly enough, the past three times re logging in, I haven't had any queue times, just straight in.

    I've been stuck in queue since i got booted when trying to load into the Solitude outlaw refuge around 7:30 pm. Now the queue time is up to 40 minute wait. I pre-ordered Greymoor and had been playing for a couple hours without issue other than a couple of long load screens.

    I purchased physical CE (from Bethesda Store). Got an email from support earlier today saying I would be given digital access until my copy arrived. Now I can't port to the new zones, but they are also showing as "purchased" on the crown store. So ... what am I supposed to do?

    Purchased the standard Greymoor edition yesterday, still can't access it. I'm on PC-NA. Is it really going to be tomorrow morning before a fix is expected?

    Adding my info to the queue:

    Bought the Physical CE through the Bethesda Gear store way back when it first released. Used these instructions today to file a ticket in order to get access while the actual physical box finishes shipping. Ticket was answered a few hours ago. I logged in and went to Chapters in the cash shop to see Greymoor. It says "PURCHASED" down at the bottom. However, I am unable to use the wayshrine to actually port to Greymoor. Instead, it prompts me to upgrade (buy Greymoor). I hope this helps diagnose the issue.
