    I know you guys are doing the best you can telecommuting in the middle of a pandemic. I know these problems or similar problems have occurred previously with new content. I sat checking my system every twenty minutes EST yesterday until 1 pm before it finally let me login. Once in I created a brand new toon and all I had time to do was do the starter tutorial and enter Solitude, but what I did see was amazing.

    I am really excited about the story and what is coming. I know you will sort out everyone's problems as quickly as possible. I'm unable to work now but have worked in software development before and it seemed like nothing ever went the way I expected it to when we did something major, and we spent two weeks or a month putting out fires afterward. There will be some downtime and tweaking and some of that may be long and drawn out. We just need to give you enough space to let you do your job. It will get done. It will take a little time, but I don't imagine you guys slept much last night after getting up at 2:00 am.

    None of you were happy with the way the launch went either, and all the negativity certainly didn't help. Those that reported problems were right to do so. That's what the forums are for. Reporting a problem and trolling the forum are two totally different things. Not only do moderators get upset with trolls, so do people really trying to get help with genuine concerns.

    From what I read it seems the problem wasn't limited to Steam or redeemed keys or even recent redeemed keys. It was completely unexpected which made it a lot harder to track down. It sounds like you know what is going on now and sometime this morning the majority of it will be resolved at least temporarily. Thanks for trying to help us. We appreciate all you guys getting up at 2 am and probably working half the night juiced up on Red Bull to try and fix it.

    I purchased the digital collector's edition upgrade on pc, through bethesda. I still don't have access after the patch this morning, don't even have the preorder mount.

    Still no access to Western Skyrim today for me, PC-NA. I purchased Standard Edition through the ESO store 4/9, though it still isn't in my billing history.

    I also payed through PayPal as a workaround because I was unable to get the store to let me enter a card number. Maybe it was having issues that day?

    No queue though, that's good at least.

    I also have this issue. Payed for this through the Bethesda Launcher .... system recognizes that I have purchased it so it's a weird error.

    It was the other way around yesterday where Steam users couldn't get in at all or had hour long queues and those who bought through the ESO store could get in.

    SOLVED, you can delete my post below entirely.
    I would also ask for help to check why i can't enter Graymoore as i have purchased it and entered code today, no steam, PCEU.
    Ingame screen on Crowns->DLC shows it is purchased, but when trying to travel to it i get messsage that I need to to purchase it.

    bought Digital CE Upgrade Steam key from GreenManGaming, Crown store says it's purchased but I haven't got any CE items and cannot access Western Skyrim.

    Cannot enter. The chapter is "PURCHASED", but I'm requested to upgrade to it and it cannot be done (OFC). This irrespective that I use Steam or Launcher or direct app to enter.

    Maintenance is far from complete, I fear :(

    I think one of the biggest problems is how the game is able to be purchased and it gets convoluted by each individual retailer. Game keys become a garbled mess and crap like this is going to happen. Either sell the game on Steam or from your own store so this crap doesn't happen

    The same thing happened to me with Elsweyr last year, I bought it from Steam because ESO website didn't like my credit card for some reason. Activated it through the support.

    So. I'm not trying to be a whiny turd but I just lost 2 days of finding stuff and selling. I'm in like 2 high volume trade guilds and I was really, really counting on being able to get in and get drops and sell them.

    That didn't happen because of the access bugs.

    Ok not the end of the world, but also...sitting here helpless watching people make millions while I can't do the thing I paid for 2 months ago is.. well, it's super, super *** annoying.

    So I went to crag to farm there because wtf else do I have to do and it's... Well actually I have this other bug where I get constant load screens in crag and it's unplayable. I can't even move, or do anything. I have to crash my damn game to get out of Craglorn.

    So I paid for *** I can't access. I'm willing to wait and farm garbage, but oh wait... I can't even farm the garbage. No drops. Two hours running I think I got a constant load screens and one fortified so.....

    And on top of this I'm supposed to do a bunch of *** to keep guilds going because ZOS won't do that either.

    Not even sure why I am here at this point.

    It would be great if I did not come home every day to find servers about to go down.

    Maintenance should not be scheduled to target certain countries in order to appease others.

    Do this fairly.

    Especially as it looks as though there is going to be a litany of errors for the foreseeable future.

    * This is not a Steam pre order issue. I have no trouble getting into the zone. Until I am locked out of it in a few hours, again, of course.

    Ok so it was working just before the reboot but now it's busted again? Weird.

    Maybe it was still broken, anyhoo yeah still not fixed but I got an e-mail saying they know who we are so that's good I guess.
