Many guild members and myself have noticed frequent and consistently delayed abilities and lag when breaking free. Neither was supposed to be changed with the patch. Can we get some information on this?
Edit: 1) skills will not fire unless pressed multiple times 2) break free is not responsive 3) ults failing to cast if block or bar swap cancelled. 4) all occuring in places not normally seen such as bgs or pve.
Edit post zos response: input lag still present after mondays maintenance patch. Break free and abilities not as responsive as prior to update 25. Only 1 non out of date addon in use is action duration reminder
Update: friendly pets and blood altar cause loss of LOS now. Example: friendly matriarch between you and your target, skills wont fire even if in range
I haven't even bothered trying any form of PvP since the patch but PvE is a giant mess.
- Wall of Elements - charged magicka, timer starts, but no animation and no visual effects
- Shards - shards has been somewhat buggy since Elsweyr with the animation happening and ground circling closing but no shards actually casting but since U25 it has been 10x worse
- Purifying Light - won't cast, won't cast, won't cast, oh wait, there it goes, even though I said eff it and moved on it my rotation
- Light Attacks - lol, maybe, about half the time they should be going off
- Ultimates - no one needs these, right?
- Movement - wait, you want to MOVE? I get weird 'root' with no animation or visual cue but am just glued to the floor and can't use skills, only light attack, for about a second until the game realizes that why yes, I AM pushing the wasd keys.
I've done very little content since U25 because I am absolutely fed up. It's not engaging or fulfilling to (attempt to) participate in content, particularly harder vet stuff, and have so many things working so unreliably. I've got a vAS+ in about 30 minutes and am dreading it. Luckily, I at least have a great group of friends (who are all experiencing the same issues) but even good friends can't keep you doing stuff you dread forever. If this isn't fixed, sooner rather than later, I can't imagine I will be playing much longer.

100% truth! So many of my friends have quit, boycotted buying more crowns, and/or cancel ESO+. Many of us are starting to question the competence of the combat and server development team. Are they even able to resolve these issues? Evidently not because the problems are getting worse.

One more thing to add to this:
- Jesus beam - My character animates the skill and then just...stops and stands there. I did not cancel the channel and the beam of light still appears except I can channel again as if I wasn't casting it. It is not greyed out so I wasn't stunned/interrupted.
