    Barely. They've sparsely commented in a few select threads but they really should have a stickied post addressing the issue.

    In the bug forum there's a thread about all the ability problems going. Gina commented on it yesterday that they were looking into it. Took this long to get confirmation that they are aware of problems. This long...looking into it...

    All it's going to take is for one freakin dev to go do a bg to see what everyone is complaining about. GL with that happening though.

    Re-quoting this. This was a post double ap event issue. Whatever patch happened immediately after the double ap event created this huge skill delay on xbox.

    Here after istherenooneelse put up a video just want to confirm this has been an ongoing issue on PS4 NA for what feels like a month now. Dizzy takes a good 5 seconds to land and sometimes just won't. Vigor, rally and armor buffs just will not go off. Getting cc'd two or three times back to back is a common occurrence. Don't know what happened but the Cyrodil pvp is practically unplayable lately.

    I have to repeatedly taunt on my tank to get aggro, blocking does not fire, CC break not firing, tanking PVE is a huge mess right now. Healing is a mess too, healing springs lays down the circle, I hit button, and nothing, and I have to do this 2 or 3 times before the springs or other skills are firing. I mainly play support roles and I'm a frustrated tank/healer.

    It feels like they made combat changes so they could downgrade the servers to save money, not actually improve combat on their current server architecture.

    That just seems fair, if your pets block me targeting you then they should block you targeting me.

    They said the same from the movement bugs in TG patch and it was never fixed. That was 4 years ago.

    They changed sprint from 30% movespeed to 40% (and made stamina regen buffs not apply while sprinting) and nerfed major expedition from 40% to 30%. These changes weren't too much of an issue (overall net nerf to mobility) but they screwed up how movement felt, especially when jumping which they said they would fix in a future update.

    This bug for movement speed when jumping pretty much killed magicka mobility outside of magicka sorc and was the main reason I started to play more stamina than magicka, since previous to this bug magicka mobility was actually pretty good.
    Overload rework. Power Overload now does physical damage and grants you the power of a tornado: You throw a brick at the target with a light attack, and you hammer your head into that brick with every heavy attack. We have decreased its Ultimate cost, but increased the chance that you get stuck in the animation.

    Edit: 1) skills will not fire unless pressed multiple times 2) break free is not responsive 3) ults failing to cast if block or bar swap cancelled. 4) all occuring in places not normally seen such as bgs or pve.

    Edit post zos response: input lag still present after mondays maintenance patch. Break free and abilities not as responsive as prior to update 25. Only 1 non out of date addon in use is action duration reminder

    Update: friendly pets and blood altar cause loss of LOS now. Example: friendly matriarch between you and your target, skills wont fire even if in range
