Sleek Creek Custom Expansion Build

I thought I would post some pictures of my Khajiit-themed Sleek Creek (pre-Elsweyr decor only), created for the Spicy guilds' Khajiit Housing Contest. I wasn't quite done with the build in time for the contest, so I made some changes after JHeart finished his tour. (Also, thank you JHeart and Spicy Guilds for putting the event together!)

I have set this home as my open house and published its EHT FX to the community, at least for the next couple of weeks. This home is no longer published to the EHT community/listed as an open house, though you can still visit if you would like. @Chryseia Once again, another amazing build that demonstrates your talent for cobbling, for EHT FX and for building realism out of things both real and "not real." Excellent work...

@Wise_Will The bars are actually "Colored panel solid," an Essential Housing Tools FX. You can find them in the FX menu under "building materials."

By default they place as a giant, bright green square. I simply adjusted the size down to a long and narrow rectangle and changed the color to black. Placing multiples of them, and rotating some of them horizontally, created the window pane effect. (You can copy and paste them from selections via EHT the same way you can copy and paste decor, so this is very easy to do).

@Chryseia , just lovely as usual! @R_K , your EHT FX really bring so much depth and décor to a build! I always love using the paintings as if one is actually viewing landscapes through a window.

Yeah ok this is freakin' awesome! I have Sleek Creek and did a fair bit with it but this blows my ideas out of the water. I may steal a few cause yikes! Love it!

This is amazing! I love what you have done to the place. My husband has this house and all it has is a bed inside and crafting stations with banker and merchant outside.

It's so boring going to his house, so seeing your awesome design is so refreshing. Well done, I love it!

The panoramic study makes me think ZOS missed a great opportunity to build such a perfect thing to take advantage of that view. SHe really did one better.
