Also Dual Wield animation has been bugged with tons of lag since the new patch on Xbox One and nobody has mentioned it from Zos

It is a holiday so they are surely short staffed. I also played for hours today with no issue. So it is not impacting everyone. Another post seems to show it might be an issue with a server outside of ZOS control.

Lots of players are having no issues, its not a ZoS problem.

And.. today is a holiday in the US.. with lots taking a vacation day for Monday to make a four day holiday.

LET THEM HAVE A HOLIDAY.

ESO is a world wide game. Just because the server is in NA doesn't mean that support stops during a holiday of that specific country. This is what holiday support staff and call-in's are for.

If you couldn't access your bank for 4 days would you still say "oh its a holiday weekend, never mind". Granted ESO is a game but its still an (optionally) paid for service, for which customer service should be granted.

Lag in battlegrounds was funny... imagine slow Moe fights and people disappearing mid fight. Yeah I hope they get an upgrade soon or maybe split the load on another server.

Yeah, I can just imagine the number of pvpers logging off in frustration. I've reduced myself to basic farming activities and I'm getting frustrated with the lag.

I have had some intermittent lag and I'm from Wisconsin. Based on what I have been reading, this is a network issue. For those who have the skills I might suggest rerouting to the server.

Not a ZoS problem...hahaha you're full of jokes. So all the countless people posting here and on Reddit and the countless people talking about it in-game all of which happened around the same time frame is just a coincidence??..

I can't even count how many time I've seen "the connectivity issues have been resolved" posted by ZoS after issues like this... but this time is different... let me rest my router and see if that helps...nope...

Yeah. I have had it. I've defended Zenimax time and time again because of bugs, Hey, it's a big game I understand, it's a pain in the ass to locate them all and fix them. But this, this God awful, atrocious lag and disconnects for the past 4 days is where I have had enough.and it isn't the damn internet providers. Because it's been happening all over the damn world. My wife is sitting beside me playing 5 different games with no problems what so ever. I can't even farm raw materials without getting booted. Too many messages, I'm not connected to the internet, I even got a message saying it's down for maintenance. This was the only game I played for a long time. Keyword was. I think I'm gonna pull my sub and just scrap it. So sick of these unstable *** connection issues. You know, its not the broken quests, its not the broken dungeon finder, hell, its not even the constant changes that anger me(I actually like them), its the damn connectivity that finaly made me snap. On average its down and has problems 1 week a month. Lol. The straw that broke the camel's back; just reinstall it. Ticket resolved. Just do something else.
You guys keep pushing for subs, yet you can't even keep the *** thing running for more then a month straight.

Bah. This is the first time I rant and raved like a lunatic. I was gonna delete it. But *** it. I'm posting it.

Just returned to play after a long time off (5-6 months) and I can't even play the game, both pvp and pve lag out with spikes going from 90 - 999+ every 2-3 minutes. This includes playing solo pve in empty zones.

I have a new 100MB connection and every other game I own typically has a 30-80 ping with ZERO spikes.

I guess nothing much has changed in terms of developer response and talent...

I've got 100Mb/5Mb with a steady 40ms ping to Xbox Live and can't make it through my daily random dungeon, smh.

I don't generally complain about lag either, but these last few days have been horrible. You know it's bad when you get booted to the login screen when all you are doing is fishing.

I've been playing a lot the past 2 days as I was home and have not experienced anything near what some posters are stating.
Game has not crashed at all for me and I've had maybe one or two lag spikes.

I'm central Texas and using Verizon wireless broadband as my IP.

Pretty sure the ZOS servers are in Texas so maybe it's just effecting people on the east coast?

I'm rerouting my nodes manually using the mudfish VPN to bypass linode's nodes and im not having the bad spikes anymore. my average ping is slightly higher - around 90 instead of 78 - but i'd trade that for not having any 4k spikes any day of the week.

i dont think the server, i think its a node right next to the server that half the country is routing through. by rerouting to come in from the east instead of the west, im avoiding the spikes.

Current path is US West - Pump (im in Los angeles)
and im goign to Host US2 in Dallas Tx

That's good to know and it makes sense. With my VPN rerouting, I'm effectively connecting in from Dallas TX as well. I had terrible spikes when I was going from LA straight to the servers.

Given the ammount of issues, sometimes synchronized nature of a bunch of the cutouts...yes. It's a problem on ZOS's end.

I was already logged in for an hour or so on PC-NA. Crashed to the login screen with error "Connection to server has timed out". Then I immediately tried to log back in and it said "This account is already logged in". Think about that for a second. And some of these folks want to say this may be on our end???

Latency seems find until the route hits bar1.Philadelphia1.Level3.net , anything after that and all hell breaks loose. Most connections to eso seem to be going through this server.
