I am not barking an ad for Enzyte, I am talking about Cyrodiil game performance. I play on two platforms, and the delays in Cyrodiil are a lot more prevalent than what I can assume was pre-Morrowwind. I called my service provider to talk about pricing plans for better internet. But I really don't want to make that investment if this is something clearly happening on the other end.
I primarily play on a high performance PC, and as of the past few weeks, it is extremely hard for me to ani-cancel, bar cancel, etc because everything seems to be on a delay that I can only attribute to lag. It's really frustrating and to the point I have even toned my graphics down to Medium settings, if that would even help.
On the Xbox I have taken a break from PvP as has much of my guild. Constant characters running in place then a crash to home screen.
ZOS, can someone at least confirm there is something going on?

✭✭✭✭Same problems. Gave up on Cyrodiil and went into PVE just to quest and level a character - still can't play without 2-3 second animation delays, skipping enemies, etc.
I'm currently on Skyrim until this mess gets fixed.2 -

PC NA.Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis0 -

It's because they have a lower population.. CP has a minimal effect on lag.... ZoS put this in a video but not on the boards...PVP DEADWAIT

✭the non CP campaign on xbox was bad too, though 1 DC every 10 mins is more toleravle than every 5 mins.
I honestly thought maybe my internet provider was jacked since I'm in Montana, but glad to see its not isolated to me.

✭✭✭Unless the server is being assaulted by a DDoS or something else is going on I don't have performance issues unless its a large siege at a keep and everyone is packed in like sardines. Even if Chalman (CP campaign) has X amount of players and there is performance degradation, if i die and spawn at Warden for example, the FPS and performance there is smooth.
But overall, performance even at a low point isn't as terrible as it was in 2015-early/mid 2016.1 -

Been playing WoW a lot more recently. The bi-weekly battleground brawls have been a lot of fun.
I will say that last night I experienced only my normal latency of 61 to 92 the whole evening I was in Cyrodiil and FPS for all fights was over 30+ with 0 crashes. Was a lot of fun; hoping tonight is equally fun.0 -
