And.. today is a holiday in the US.. with lots taking a vacation day for Monday to make a four day holiday.
LET THEM HAVE A HOLIDAY.
Not a ZoS problem...hahaha you're full of jokes. So all the countless people posting here and on Reddit and the countless people talking about it in-game all of which happened around the same time frame is just a coincidence??..
I can't even count how many time I've seen "the connectivity issues have been resolved" posted by ZoS after issues like this... but this time is different... let me rest my router and see if that helps...nope...
Ok.. will make it simple for you.
I have been playing 13 out of the past 14 hours on PCNA and never had one spot of lag.
ITS NOT THEIR SERVERS (or routers) or it would affect everyone.
As someone pointed out in this thread ( https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/357557/really-were-gonna-get-the-silent-treatment), it is probably a routing issue happening at backbones level, on a NA regional basis. Probably Zos has nothing to do with it, nor they can do anything in order to fix the problem. It is happening on the customer's network side. You can't really blame them if your ISP has some routing issues. As for me, I can report that on Pc-Eu everything is working smoothly and with no issues at all. No one is complaining. P. S. Please note someone in that thread reported that is playing on PC Na from South Africa, without having any issues.

Finland 11mbs download speed, 6.7mbs upload speed. Overwatch, Halo 5 etc works as usual 30 ping or so. Common ping for me for NA servers is 150 or so, currently 500-999+ my friend from same country has same issue, my friend from the States has same issue, yeah no it is not just our ISP.

The game requires under 1mbs to run consistently. So mine is more than enough to run the game.

Ya I get that but I have played with that kinda speed before and it's so unplayable like you can log on and do some crafting and maybe farm some mats but when it comes to high end PVE content and big 50+ 100+ pvp last emp keep fights it's GG with speeds like that I know with Google fiber I see almost zero lag even with 100+ ppl fighting at a keep but as of late over the last few days I only log in to do my crafting and that's it cuz I'm out of town and missing my Google fiber I'm running around 5 maybe 10mbps upload and 5 download speed and I crash if I go into pvp to get into a big city with a lot of people in it
@mandricus @Thogard if you have read any of the many threads created, including the one I started asking people for specifics, you'd know that it's not limited to a single ISP, and that based on the wide variety of players experiences these issues making the game unplayable across alll servers and platforms that it could very well have been something on ZOS end. Just because not everyone is affected doesn't mean it's not a ZOS issue. Of course the same circumstances don't necessarily indicate that it is a ZOS issue. But it took a solid week of many threads on the same topic each day for them to even acknowledge the issue, when all they have to do is pop in and say hey we're working on it, we don't know if the issue is with our servers or external yet, we'll let you know when we know more. Ya know? A lot of people pay regularly for this game. The level of transparency is often appallingly low, and something that is relatively new. Up until around 2016, dev-player interaction was pretty great.

Ok so the problem was not Zos' fault. What did I say guys?

@Thogard yeah I always use Mudfish, as of yesterday and today it's working again. Was not before that. Also this wasn't lag spikes every 30 seconds, this was constant lag of a kind of never seen before even playing from SE Asia and prior to discovering Mudfish.
...
It is a node NEXT to the ZOS servers, but it is NOT the ZOS servers.
