like 2 weeks ago i started getting really bad ping rubber banding not being able to bar swap or block.talked to a bunch of others in my community and they have been having the same issues. was thinking it was coming from a bigger player base with more people logging on but i'm not sure seems to be better when its not peak hours.

Normally I have a ping latency of 93-115, but since at least last night (that I've been watching and noting my latency), I'm fairly consistently at 400+ ping. It not only affects combat -- it seriously takes a couple seconds to even just loot gold and alkahest off dead bodies! PC-NA, in overworld non-PvP zones as well as trial/dungeon instances.

I have noticed occasional lag spikes, mainly Sunday, but not enough of them or long enough that I cannot rule out someone else in the house using internet bandwidth. Mainly PVE overland and dungeon/delve play for me this weekend.

Mine has gotten pretty bad at times since the Morrowind official release. Normal for me is 60-90, sometimes a little lower. Now it's common to go over 400, sometimes over 1k. Since I main heals it makes for some rough gameplay.

Not only lagging, but sometimes getting booted right off after rubber band lagging. Three times today already. This has been really bad all weekend. I was a paying customer. Not anymore.

This has been affecting me for the last week but it keeps getting worse. I am trying to do my banking and m writs today, and I am having trouble due to constant:

disconnects
lag going to 999+|
rubber banding

It is getting out of control and as a paying customer it makes me not want to play the game at all, it is so painful. I can barely get through my Ashlander dailies now, what with all of the lag/disconnects/etc

I just came back to eso and already have had some issues with random kicks to the login screen. It isn't too bad, but still rather annoying when it happens.

Me too. I have lag spikes daily, several times a day that last from 10-15 sec to 1 min, mostly im Vvardenfell.

I tried doing another vMoL run last night but it was unplayable and I gave up immediately after 1st boss. Even running in small instances today (leveling up skills in a 2-person instance), I'm sitting at 400-999+ ping most of the time.

I've noticed this as well. Mine usually runs @ 70-100 max. But I've hit spikes so bad that it goes up to over 4k and takes well over 2 minutes to go back to normal. There were several times that I've hit over 12k but that lasts less than a few seconds. I'm not counting the weekends when there is another computer user here, this is during the week when only my computer is online.

In the last 3 days I would say I only 2 maybe 3 lag spikes. Seems pretty normal for the game. I have seen it be a lot worse.

There have been times where all characters on screen stop moving and then superspeed catch up to their current positions. I've seen this both in PvP (Vivec, the only CP-enabled, usually pop-locked campaign) as well as in effects-heavy combat situations in trials. A couple times I've been killed by mechanics that on my screen I'm clearly safe from (AA storm atro safe zones) only to be told by another player that I haven't moved. My latency counters occasionally spike, but fps is normal. This all started around Morrowind early access on PC.

Same issue here. Before the Morrowind update I had no issues doing dungeons, trials or PvP with constant 200 ping as EU player on NA server... on daily basis. After the update things got worse, seems like every weeks it gets even worse... as soon as server becomes a bit more active (NA prime time) i get constant spikes, sometimes up to 3-4k ping. This weekend I can barely swap my weapon in daily pledges, rubber banding, waiting for animations for 5-7s sometimes... no issues with FPS tho. I would gladly give it a try on EU server, but since there is no char xfer or even account wide purchases or CP pts...

ever since last Wednesday i've been experiencing really high latency. Since then i have been at a solid 700+ ping just standing around. It has pretty much rendered game play useless. I went into some trials today and the entire time i was at 999+ ping.
I place on PC / NA and it is seriously "Making me angry".

Anyone know where their servers are located? I been doing some testing and there seems to be some bottle necks in the Internet if I test to anywhere but on the east coast.

I've been having major ping spikes every couple minutes (at least) for at least the last couple days, though it's been an issue for a couple weeks now.

The game is completely unplayable for me atm. I can't even bar swap or use targeted ground AoEs at Dolmens, and once the dolmen has burst, the server just kicks me. I have great internet, so I'm sure it's on ZoS's side.

Based on speedtest.net (not totally accurate, but it's better than nothing) I've got 10 ms for ping, 118 Mbps for DL, and 33 Mbps for upload, so I'm fairly certain it's not on my end.

I have to agree, I've also seen a LOT more rubber banding and lag spikes during regular questing and this is when there isn't even other players around... bar swapping ultra-slow, abilities firing off after 1-2 second delay... it's gotten very bad since Morrowind update.
