Ping Spikes

Think it is only just me cause I asked several people and they been having no ping spikes.
Lately I been dealing with 400+ ping then 999+ ping.
onw rimw i swlwtws usersettings.txt and it worked but this time it didn't.
Tried resetting router, didn't help.
I do got great internet
I also tried Repairing the game and it didn't fix the ping spikes
