    If you would play your own game, you would know that there will be 0 sorcs running crystal frags in PVE

    Maybe bad wording but it seems you can activate it to get the resource chunk from it? Not 100% sure how this works as this could technically be spammed to gain magicka if thats the case. Wont know for certain till the PTS is live.

    That just means they lowered the cost of the ability, so you can still use it even if you're low. You still need to wait the full duration to get the big return they promised.

    And it still isn't that big. They said the over all return should be the same. So the over all return will still be around the old cost of the skill. So every 20 seconds or so you will get enough back to cast a skill or two.

    Define TOO HIGH please. so that we mortal can have an idea about what is the perception of developers is towards endgame DPS numbers. Also this again shows an imbalanced effort to balance skills for PVP and PVE both at the same time as we know 10% isn't gonna change things much. Instead of 30k now it'll be 28k. And in PVE no one ever complains about frags doing too much damage, given there is not a single class spammable skill with sorcs and thsi was the only hardhitting half- spammable skill. In my opinion this change was not really needed or is not to the effect as desired for PVP.

    Stamina Templar
    Stamina Templars in general will be destroyed next patch if you don't adjust these things. 1. Vigor price, a good change to it would be NOT increasing it's price but making resolving vigor(vigor's morph) heal the caster only. 2. The medium, revert the changes which would allow stamina Templars sustain.

    I am worried about the cliff racer being undodgeable. Stamina characters will have a hard time dealing with people spamming it because they won't be able to dodge it. You should also tone down the defile from once of it's abilities to minor defile.

    I was happy to see the blanket nerfs rather than blanket buffs this patch but most all of the changes to class specific abilities are awful. I would understand nerfing the amount of stam/mag siphoning attacks gave you for example but altering the unique abilities each class has into being worthless is ridiculous. At minimum you would think if they are nerfing all class sustaining abilities they would nerf dark deal too.

    So, once again player feedback is ignored. Why am I not surprised?

    Suffice to say, I'm very unimpressed with the changes. Nerfing all forms of sustain at once was overkill, and seeing nothing to balance that out is making me significantly less inclined to play the game.

    I might become a full time roleplayer after all.

    I agree and I'm glad to see some of the feedback from the community was taken into consideration. I feel like they could have said 'ok we listened and completely reversed everything' and people would still find a way to complain.     Where is Stamplar and StamDK changes? How is a stamplar supposed to sustain with the repentance change? If they aren't the first to repent in the group they are left without resources. Both, stamplar and stamdk's major mending were, arguably, completely removed. You compensated magicka templars for removing their major mending by buffing their Mending passive but where is the compensation for stamina templars?

    Can you please guys at ZOS rework the Healing Ritual skill ? it is still useless and it can be fixed quite easily. I still don't know why you haven't touched it whereas you are modifiying every other templar skill... Adding new healing skills with the warden shouldn't mean you can overlook this one!

    With 45% uptime of Major Slayer (if You're using soul harvest) nb can be actually in good position after update. Cheap ultimates can be nice especially nb ulti that also gives 20% dmg buff. Also about Grim Focus They said they may tweak it not that they'll tweak it for sure.

    I think each ability should be unique in what they are doing.
    How boring would this be, if it just dealt magic damage and nothing else ? It should have something unique that makes it stand out from other spammables like force shock etc.

    And being undodgeable is very unique.

      • Siphoning Strikes: Reduced the cost of this ability and its morphs by approximately 50%.
        Developer Comments:
        While the overall resources restored by the Siphoning Strikes abilities and morphs should remain roughly the same, these changes make the abilities more consistent and convenient for all Nightblades. They now take fewer attacks to recoup the cost, and can be activated when you are near-empty on resources. They are also more effective even if you are not perfectly weaving Light Attacks which is desirable for tanks and healers who spend more time blocking or healing.

    Tri Focus: This passive’s splash damage with Lightning Staves is no longer increased by damage modifiers.
    Developer Comments:

    Area of Effect damage with Lightning Staff Heavy Attacks is currently too high, due to how the splash damage from Tri Focus “double dips” in damage modifiers; the damage modifier would first multiply the Heavy Attack damage, then also multiply the Tri Focus splash damage. This resulted in the splash damage being higher than the damage on the initial target, instead of the intended 100%.

    R.I.P

    The dmg on the initial target is unchanged. Only the AOE splash dmg gets reduced by like 25% or so. Since you usually hit the highest health target the rest will just die slightly slower, but the overall time to kill a trash group stays the same, which is relevant for content completion times.

    Lol, so Templar healers will be mandatory again. You changed one of the best balance changes for Morrowind. *facepalm* Is that really your idea of the Templar identitiy? At least I won't screw over my team as much as before when not healing as a Templar, I suppose...

    Generally speaking I actually like the sustain changes, the braindead spamming we have been having so far isn't actually fun to me. Using your brain a bit isn't hurting anybody but not even I am sold on NBs getting most of their resources back after 20 seconds. That's a long time for a resource regeneration ability and not easy to plan around that even in PVE. Wouldn't it have been better to just add a bit of extra regen over the course of the duration instead of bam 20 seconds are over, have your sweets?
