Find a quiet campaign where your faction owns most of the map, ask around in PvE if you're not sure which.
Port into said campaign and buy a load of wall repair stones from the siege merchant. Simply port then to each friendly keep and run around the courtyard checking on walls that are below 100% health and use your repair stones to repair them. Since the 88000 you need is based on the total accrued over your character lifetime and not stored up you can spend all your AP to buy stones which generate more AP.
Additionally, pick up the scouting quests. They each grant 250AP and provided they're not too far from the front lines can be done in 5 minutes. Of course, the more keeps your alliance holds the more AP you get from everything above.
All of this can be done without or with very little contact with other players and associated lag.

It'll be easier in massive raid groups (AP from other's kills), but noone invite noobs like me. Largest group I was in 2 days is 7 players, mostly like me, 20-30 lvls.

stones cost more AP than you gain. which means he would have to buy stones with gold. might be an option, but i personally wouldn't go for it.
88000 / 250 = 352 Quests. each quest will take around 5 minutes depending on where it is and on your mount speed.
352 * 5 / 60 = ~29 hours doing those quests. sounds boring and not really feasible.
I'd still go for players or a mix (which is quite normal). get quests and do them if you are around your objective. if you are fighting in a keep (defending or attacking), repair the walls. or with other words, just play how everyone does except AP farm groups.

Yesterday I read a topic here, one of "what should I do with my millons of AP/there must be only 2-3 50 rank pvp in game, so they should delete AP from quests in Cyrodiil". Okay, I always wanted Caltrops since every 2nd guide in tamrielfondry use them. It was too hard for me cause of lags, so maybe Zeni found some mercy in their black hearts...
Spent an hour, made all 10 quests in Chorrol... recieved 2 rewards 250 AP each.
Cyrodiil has 5 quest hubs, so if 500 AP in each, it'll be 2500 AP daily for 5 hours of time.
Google says I need 88000 AP for Caltrops. Okaaaaa... so I need to spent more than MONTH playing in Cyrodiil 5-6 hours daily to get it?
Its stupid and probably not worth of TOP PvP players complain about "AP rewards in quests".
Not mention about crybeaching that AP in quests let PvE'rs get PvP rank 50 just as they are.
Because you need like more than 100 years to get it without PvP, only on quests.
So here's the question again: where are those "free AP quests"? All I need from Cyro is damn 1 (probably 2, Vigor seems nice as additional healing) skill.
I'm not one of those WoW guys who's leaking from PvP and run in golden grade sets even in "below lvl 50" zone since its scaling their armors anyways.

One of those i met was NB lvl15. So guess what, I'm (NB level 30) hurt him for ~5-10% with my Ambush and doesnt stunned at all, he hit me with his Ambush for 1/3 of hp (andI was stunned) and killed me in 2 hits even before I had a chance to breakfree.
It remings me WoW low-level battlegrounds where 99% of people are [snip] in top equipment. You cant hurt them, they can kill you with one move of a brow.
