You've been requesting this, and we've been listening! Beginning with Update 11, Cyrodiil will feature the capturable towns of Cropsford, Vlastarus and Bruma! Each town contains three flags to capture and control, one with no guards, one with a few guards, and one that is heavily guarded, in a fashion similar to district flags in the Imperial City. Capturing a town grants an Alliance another place to respawn from PVP deaths and access to town merchants selling purple-quality gear for Alliance Points. Experience this new style of PVP gameplay and win honor and glory for your Alliance!
We'll have to see how this plays out in reality. PTS coming soon apparently.
@Ishammael
Sup there buddy! Where did you hear they are upgrading Warlock to be max level? Or are you fibbing? Or is it just wishful thinking?
This one is pleased to see this change. However Telel must also be an elf about these matters and point out that if they are not of strategic importance then there's little reason for them. Especially if it will be limited to just those three.
One can already buy gear in the base camps, and with camps having an extra respawn point will mean little unless they also provide some other benefits.
Preferably these, and other locations, will also factor into winning the campaign or even obtaining emperorship.
Were khajiit to have further say on the matter they'd say that ZOS should make becoming emperor a matter of accruing political power in cyrodiil and that capturing these towners and having people complete tasks in or near them be a part of the process.

Do you guys think Warlock is still a good choice given the removal of regeneration caps?
I'm not sure it would be relevant even if it was CP 160.
Edit: Also Warlock in it's heyday was popular at a time that heavy attacks with staves didn't return magicka IIRC.

Warlock was good because of regen cap and it comes in jewelry. As far as set bonuses go Lich is objectively better now without a cap and scaling with CP.
