I don't have the personal banker and I don't put survey maps in the bank. I do quite often do my writs in the morning while having my breakfast before work so don't have time to collect the mats from any surveys I get. If I get duplicates they stay in the writ reward container in my inventory. At the weekend I'll go and collect from the survey maps, if I have a duplicate I move away from the survey location, open the container with the duplicate in and go back. Would I be risking getting caught up in this and incorrectly banned?

i do that and have today its fine

Hello, we do not generally discuss suspensions or other player penalties. However, it is not true, suspensions are for simply having a crafting survey in the bank. The criteria was the ratio of surveys and obtained raw materials. And no one who has recovered from a survey 500 resources can tell me that he had simply gotten lucky. I do not exclude that mistakes could be made. It's the opposite. But not everyone who shouts, is innocent.

Doing this while out already picking up surveys seems to be triggering an auto response for suspension. What ever system ZoS has in place does not reconize that these are new surveys and not the same one that was just used. ZoS needs to look into this ASAP and fix this problem.

Trollololol. was that what @ZOS_GinaBruno meant yesterday? they have data and a way to identify exploiters? ;) Oh boy, this is gold ;)

I don't think so, since your method doesn't involve storing and retrieving survey maps from your bank.

You cannot have more than one of each survey on you. They dont work like that. So no if you get a double survey you just wont be able to have both of them on you. Kills me they wont explain how this works so people will stop being confused. I mean they fixed it not like you can still do it.

False, one in the bag and one in the box.
In fact you can have more if all other map stay in their respectives boxes, as you can have multiple box on each character gathering multiple time the same map with one char is possible by legit way.

There are a large number of threads discussing the recent exploits. This is fine, but many of these threads are tense, and several have further issues like people discussing their bans. To help keep the discussion from overrunning the forums, and on track, we are consolidating it this thread.

If someone feels they were erroneously banned for this exploit, they should submit an appeal through our support site
