Same as the others, Eso64.exe just starts and then stops on Windows 10 pro.

    Hey Gina,

This fixed the error described by most (errorcode: 0xC000007b).
The application ESO64.EXE then boots, but is getting terminated after 4 seconds in the Task Manager, nothing happens at that point.

It says that I have a more recent version of this package installed on my computer. And it is right, I have this package installed (see attachment).

No, if the MSVC runtimes are missing, the process won't even start. A fault like that means the process started and then crashed after start; you can't crash what hasn't even started.

It works for me @ZOS_GinaBruno. Only 2 things. I got a random crash after a few minutes once and my fps dropped to 50% after a few minutes of doing nothing. (Windows 7 here)

If you used the 64-bit client, did you find it worked ok?

I had a virus warning for my AVIRA anti viruswhen I downloaded the patch, but once I removed whatever file it was there were no issues. Client started right up

Did you crash while using this client? If so, how often?

    No crashes so far

    Did you notice anything peculiar?

    Nothing peculiar

Did you run into any issues when using /feedback or /bug?

/bug appears to be working as intended

Do you have any other general feedback?

The client is running really smoothly for me.

Getting the same error 0xc000007b on Windows 10 but are you sure it's Visual C++ 2010 ? I googled it and found it could also be a Direct X issue but don't think this is my case I have the latest version (12). Installing visual again didn't work for me.

Nope, so far the same issues as other Win10 users. Whether trying to open the client normally or running as admin, the wheel spins for about four seconds then it release. Task manager appears to show nothing.

You are right, even it is a little bit hairsplitting. There was a message box, saying that the process couldn't be startet. Error code 0xc000007b. After installing the MSVC package the game runs flawlessly. (Windows 7 x64 ultimate)

runs on windows 7 but not on windows 8.0. i do not plan to download 8.1 or 10 to try it on those. i'm guessing that windows 7 is used for dev/testbed at ZOS, lol?
