North is north - but the angle is wrong. Easiest is to show you: top is what they have shown on the guide, bottom is what it should be. The walls are supposed to "line up" north-south and proceed in 60 degree segments from there. There is no "northern district", but there is a "western district".

@MissBizz Made it myself, in like 10 seconds, by rotating the city section 30 degrees. That's all that ZOS need to do to fix this glaring lore error.

It's not exactly a transcript.. but.. they went over all the known XP increases and then said something like "as we have seen it being asked about if PvP XP is getting raised, just letting you know we are looking into this" Didn't really say any more than that @Attorneyatlawl
Thank you! I haven't gotten the chance yet to watch (and probably won't until this afternoon), so I appreciate the further post. I'm definitely interested, also, given the much larger opportunities for small-scale action in the Imperial City, if between that and the general monster killing you'll want to be doing for stones (and to clear space to fight!) how much tweaking may be needed in there. Regardless of what they ultimately decide, I'm glad to hear they are taking a peek at the concern.

I'm cautiously curious about the new area, but really I'm looking more forward to Orsinum. Got an orc (and my spouse runs her sister) that hasn't seen much play lately.Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...

✭Yep forums gone mad again lol. I'm looking fwd to testing IC and I mainly PVE.
On a lighter note I had a great night last night finally got hard mode AA and sanctum done with my guild. a few of us had done them elsewhere as pugs but tonight was our first guild clear of them. tomorrow hard mode hel ra. we also managed to find time to help some guild members get VDSA done.
