Actually archers where killing people in two hits before update 5. Now... now they are even more OP. They can kill someone in one hit from a sneak attack. The pools have NOT been balanced. They have been shifted. Balance means equal not one is more over powered then the other

Also if the healing debuff is stacking that is a bug and should be fixed before 1.6.
I will test it this evening, but all I know for a fact is that the healing debuff stacks with a diseased weapon enchant. A gold glyph of disease provides *I think* around 10% reduction in healing taken to push the total to about 60%. This is of course normal, nothing untoward there.
However, I've been diseased a few times by a single player in a duel and could not get any heals off without purging, so something is stacking somewhere to a huge degree.
Disease doesn't stack. I've tested this myself just a week ago. Lethal arrow and disease = 50% debuff. Lethal arrow alone = 50%. Disease alone = 50%

Well then you explain to me why my disease enchanted sword when the proc landed cut the healing of my test target exactly in half.
Maybe you're using a disease bow with a different enchant or maybe ranged behaves differently?

retest it, when we tested it was 36% with a great axe mind you, it stacked with things like lethal arrow and standard, it was also weird in that it stacked multiplicative. so it plus standard was only like 78% reduction if i recall.
Now it is possible, as I didn't test to see if this is how it works, that the quality of the disease proc determines the value of the status effect, if I recall I was working with Blues in terms of enchants

WoofI'm getting killed by WW now all the time in pvp. Just because you never had to worry about it before, and they just became viable, doesn't mean their op. What it means is that you have yet to adjust to this new threat. I don't blame WW for suddenly becoming viable I blame myself for not learning how to beat them.
If you are having trouble surviving against snipe shots, I would recommend studying where your weakness really is and (first)trying to find something in the current game that will help you combat it or (second) trying to find some positive changes to that weakness that you can come here and suggest to BUFF rather than to nerf.

i just tested this with some ppl now. heal debuffs are not multiplicative, and disease is 50%, we only tested with disease on melee weapons though so im not sure if disease from a bow or staff is only 36% bcuz its ranged and melee is 50%, but disease enchant on a melee weap is def 50% and it is def additive.

I find that whenever I press the number three on my DK, nightblade bow users die.
Im not sure why, but my DPS can go over 2000 near a keep wall when I press the number 3. It seems weird.
